Abstract
ABSTRACT The rapid development of digital technology has transformed Islamic banking services, including the payment of Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) through the BSI Mobile application. The intention to use this service is influenced by several factors, including Digital Literacy, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and Trust. This study aims to examine the influence of Digital Literacy, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and Trust on the Intention to Use BSI Mobile for ZIS Payments among lecturers at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to lecturers at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The population consisted of 421 lecturers, and a sample of 81 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS software. The results showed that Digital Literacy had a positive and significant effect on the Intention to Use BSI Mobile for ZIS Payments, with a t-value of 2.358 and a significance value of 0.021. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) also had a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 3.669 and a significance value of 0.000. Trust had a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 3.106 and a significance value of 0.003. Simultaneously, Digital Literacy, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and Trust had a positive and significant effect on the Intention to Use BSI Mobile for ZIS Payments, with an F-value of 26.073 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.504, indicating that these three variables explained 50.4% of the variation in the Intention to Use BSI Mobile for ZIS Payments, while the remaining 49.6% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Keywords: Digital Literacy, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Trust, Intention to Use, BSI Mobile, Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS).
