Abstract

ABSTRAK iii Learning Obstacle yaitu suatu kondisi dimana seseorang tidak dapat mengikuti proses belajar dengan baik, ditandai dengan adanya hambatan-hambatan tertentu dalam mencapai hasil belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis learning obstacle peserta didik MA dalam kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis pada soal matematika materi sistem persamaan linier tiga variabel. Jenis learning obstacle yang dianalisis adalah ontogenic obstacle, didactical obstacle dan epistemological obstacle. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN 02 Tulang Bawang Barat pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Subjek penelitian ini diambil enam peserta didik kelas X A yang mewakili kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Triangulasi pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber dalam wawancara pada penelitian ini diperoleh daripeserta didik dan pendidik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta didik mengalami ontogenic obstacle, serta epistemological obstacle. Sedangkan hanya beberapa peserta didik yang mengalami didactical obstacle. Kata kunci : Learning Obstacle, Pemecahan Masalah Matematis, SPLTV iii ABSTRACT iv Learning obstacles refer to conditions in which individuals are unable to effectively engage in the learning process, marked by specific hindrances in achieving learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the learning obstacles experienced by MA students in solving mathematical problems related to the topic of systems of linear equations in three variables (SPLTV). The types of learning obstacles analyzed in this study are ontogenic obstacles, didactical obstacles, and epistemological obstacles. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The study was conducted at MAN 02 Tulang Bawang Barat during the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The research subjects consisted of six tenth-grade students from class X A, representing high, medium, and low mathematical problem-solving abilities. Triangulation in this study was carried out through technique triangulation. Data collection techniques included tests, interviews, and documentation. The interview sources were both students and the mathematics teacher. The results of the study show that the majority of students experienced ontogenic and epistemological obstacles, while only a few students encountered didactical obstacles.
