Abstract

Kata kunci : Resiliensi matematis, Maple, Kemampuan berpikir kritis dan Model Transformatif. iii ABSTRACT The results of the pre-research at SMP Negeri 1 Pulau Panggung showed that 79.7% of students had not achieved the KKM for critical thinking skills. The low critical thinking skills at SMP Negeri 1 Pulau Panggung were caused by students feeling that mathematics was difficult to understand, boring, and lack of effort in defending themselves (mathematical resilience) when facing difficulties related to learning. The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the effect of the Maple-assisted Transformative learning model on students' critical thinking skills, (2) to determine the effect of Mathematical Resilience on students' critical thinking skills, (3) to determine the interaction between the Maple-assisted Transformative learning model and Mathematical Resilience on students' critical thinking skills. The type of research used was quantitative research with a posttest only control group design research design. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The data collection techniques used were critical thinking skills tests and mathematical resilience questionnaires. Hypothesis testing was carried out using two-way variance analysis. The results of the two-way variance analysis concluded that there is an influence of the Maple-assisted Transformative learning model on critical thinking skills This means that there is an influence of mathematical resilience on students' critical thinking skills This means that there is no interaction between the Maple-assisted Transformative learning model and mathematical resilience on students' critical thinking skills. Keywords: Mathematical resilience, Maple, Critical thinking skills and Transformative Model.
