Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dilaksanakanya penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar kontekstual berbasis kemampuan representasi matematis siswa pada materi trigonometri sebagai inovasi dan menjadi solusi permasalahan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi trigonometri serta dapat menambah pengetahuan atau pemahaman keterkaitan materi dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Subjek penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah peserta didik kelas X di SMK PGRI 4 Bandar Lampung. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah wawancara, angket validasi, angket kemenarikan dan tes. Hasil uji kelayakan oleh validator ahli materi mendapat skor 0,88 , ahli media 0,83 dengan kriteria “sangat tinggi”. Uji respon kemenarikan oleh peserta didik pada uji coba kelompok kecil 4,05 dengan kriteria “menarik”, uji coba kelompok besar 4,34 dengan kriteria “sangat menarik” di SMK PGRI 4 Bandar Lampung. Hasil efektivitas produk mendapatkan hasil perhitungan Effect Size sebesar 0,57 dengan kriteria “Sedang” dan dapat dinyatakan bahwa bahan ajar kontekstual efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar kontekstual berbasis kemampuan representasi matematis siswa materi trigonometri layak, menarik, dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Bahan Ajar kontekstual ,kemampuan representasi matematis,trigonometri. iii ABSTRACT The purpose of this research and development is to produce contextual teaching materials based on students' mathematical representation abilities in trigonometry material as an innovation and a solution to the problem of students' understanding of trigonometry material and can increase knowledge or understanding of the relationship between material and everyday life. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model consisting of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this research and development are class X students at SMK PGRI 4 Bandar Lampung. The techniques used in collecting data are interviews, validation questionnaires, interestingness questionnaires and tests. The results of the feasibility test by the material expert validator scored 0.88, media experts 0.83 with the criteria "very high". The interestingness response test by students in the small group trial was 4.05 with the criteria "interesting", the large group trial was 4.34 with the criteria "very interesting" at SMK PGRI 4 Bandar Lampung. The product effectiveness results obtained an Effect Size calculation of 0.57 with the criteria of "Moderate" and it can be stated that contextual teaching materials are effective for use in learning. Therefore, it can be concluded that contextual teaching materials based on students' mathematical representation abilities in trigonometry material are feasible, interesting, and effective for use in learning.
