Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran video animasi untuk mengetahui kelayakan, kemenarikan dan efektivitas media dalam meningkatkan kemapuan berpkir kritis siswa. Jenis penelitian Research and Development atau pengembangan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Sampel penelitian mewakili siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sragi. Instrumen menggunakan angket dan tes soal. Hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,12 dan ahli materi mendapatkan rata-rata skor 3,28 dengan kriteria valid atau layak. Hasil uji kemenarikan yang dilakukan dengan peserta didik di kelas XI TJK I mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 3,44 dan pada kelas XI TJK 2 memperoleh rata-rata skor 3,46 dengan kriteria “sangat menarik”. Media pembelajaran video animasi efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, dengan hasil effect size menunjukkan 0,502 dengan kriteria “sedang”. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran video animasi efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kata kunci: aplikasi benime; kemampuan berpikir kritis; media pembelajaran. ii ABSRACT This research aims to develop animated video learning media to determine the feasibility, attractiveness and effectiveness of the media in improving students' critical thinking skills. The type of research is Research and Development or development using the ADDIE development model. The research sample represents students of SMK Negeri 1 Sragi. The instrument uses a questionnaire and test questions. The results of the media expert validation obtained an average score of 3.12 and the material expert obtained an average score of 3.28 with valid or feasible criteria. The results of the attractiveness test conducted with students in class XI TJK I obtained an average score of 3.44 and in class XI TJK 2 obtained an average score of 3.46 with the criteria of "very interesting". Animated video learning media is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills, with the effect size results showing 0.502 with the criteria of "moderate".
