Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan hasil belajar siswa dalam meraih prestasi yang baik yaitu penerapan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kemampuan dan latar belakang intelektual siswa sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih optimal. Berdasarkan pengalaman peneliti dalam kegiatan pra penelitian yang dilakukan, peneliti menemukan masalah mengenai rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi siswa yang dimungkinkan karena model pembelajaran yang diterapkan tidak sesuai. Menurut beberapa jurnal yang penulis baca pada penelitian sebelumnya, penulis tertarik untuk menerapkan salah satu alternatif yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi siswa dan memberikan kesempatan pada siswa untuk mengeluarkan pendapat / ide matematika dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray dan Think Pair Share. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan pengaruh model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray dan Think Pair Share di SMA Swadhipa Natar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas XI IPA 1, XI IPA 2 dan XI IPA 3 dimana XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1, XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2 dan XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dalam perhitungan uji ANOVA diperoleh Fhitung = 4,63 sedangkan Ftabel = 3,35 sehingga Fhitung > ftabel maka H0 ditolak dan dilanjutkan dengan uji komparansi ganda dengan menggunakan metode scheefe’ diperoleh hasil F1-2 = 9,38, F2-3 = -0,617 dan F1-3 = 8,763 dengan daerah kritik 6,7. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran Think Pair Share dan model pembelajaran Ekspositori sedangkan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share sama baiknya dengan model pembelajaran Ekspositori. Based on the researcher's experience in the pre-research activities carried out, the researcher found a problem regarding students' low communication skills which was possible because the learning model applied was not appropriate. According to several journals that the author read in previous research, the author is interested in implementing an alternative that can improve students' communication skills and provide opportunities for students to express mathematical opinions/ideas by implementing cooperative learning models such as Two Stay Two Stray and Think Pair Share. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there are differences in the influence of the Two Stay Two Stray and Think Pair Share learning models at Swadhipa Natar High School. The samples in this study were classes XI IPA 1, XI IPA 2 and XI IPA 3 where XI IPA 1 was experimental class 1, XI IPA 2 was experimental class 2 and Based on the research results in the ANOVA test calculation, it was obtained that Fcount = 4.63 while Ftable = 3.35 so that Fcount > Ftable, then H0 was rejected and continued with the multiple comparison test using the scheefe' method, the results obtained were F1-2 = 9.38, F2-3 = - 0.617 and F1-3 = 8.763 with a critical area of 6.7. It can be concluded that the Two Stay Two Stray learning model is better than the Think Pair Share learning model and the Expository learning model, while the Think Pair Share learning model is as good as the Expository learning model.
