Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan hasil pra survey yang telah dilakukan peneliti lakukan menunjukkan masih banyak pegawai yang melakukan pekerjaan kurang optimal, masih ada saja pegawai yang telat datang dan tidak memakai atribut yang lengkap, pegawai tidak memiliki etos kerja yang baik, ada beberapa pegawai yang merasa jika lingkungan kerjanya kurang nyaman, seperti penataan ruang kerja yang tidak sesuai, temperatur suhu ruang kurang sesuai, tidak adanya tempat ibadah, hal hal tersebut dapat menurunkan produktivitas kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian akan dilakukan pada pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Tanaman Pangan Dan Hortikultura Provinsi Lampung yang berjumlah 109 responden. Penarikan sampel di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan software SPSS versi 20 dalam pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis didukung yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja (X1) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y), terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara etos kerja (X2) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y), terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja (X3) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y), disiplin kerja (X1), etos kerja (X2) dan lingkungan kerja (X3) memiliki pengaruh secara bersama-sama signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) pegawai pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Tanaman Pangan Dan Hortikultura Provinsi Lampung. Kelima, dalam perspektif etika bisnis Islam produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Tanaman Pangan Dan Hortikultura Provinsi Lampung sudah menjalankan pekerjaan sesuai dengan syariat Islam melalui bersikap adil atas pemberian imbalan, tidak membeda-bedakan pegawai lainnya. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research will be conducted on employees of the Food Security, Food Crops and Horticulture Department of Lampung Province, totaling 109 respondents. Sampling in this study used non-probability sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly. The data analysis method used in this research is using SPSS version 20 software in data processing. The results of the research show that the supported hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline (X1) on work productivity (Y), there is a positive and significant influence between work ethic (X2) on work productivity (Y), there is a positive and significant influence on the work environment (X3) on work productivity (Y), work discipline (X1), work ethic (X2) and work environment (X3) have an equally significant influence on work productivity (Y) of employees of the Department of Food Security, Food Crops and Horticulture Lampung province. Fifth, from the perspective of Islamic business ethics, the work productivity of the employees of the Food Security, Food Crops and Horticulture Department of Lampung Province has carried out their work in accordance with Islamic law through fair thinking in providing imbalances, not discriminating against other employees.
