Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini di latar belakangi adanya faktor rendahnya keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa SMA khusunya materi fluida statis kelas XI MIPA. Masalah yang akan diteliti yaitu tentang model Blended Learning menggunakan Google Classroom terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan quas eksperimen menggunakan desain nonequivalent control group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 134 peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Semaka. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas XI MIPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI MIPA 3 sebagai sebagai kelas eksperimen yang dipilih dengan random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa test uraian yang berjumlah 12 butir soal. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh data yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model Blended Learning menggunakan Google Classroom terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan sig sebesar 0,000 yang berarti signifikansi < 0,05 sehingga H1 diterima. Sehingga Blended Learning menggunakan Google Classroom berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa SMA. Kata kunci : Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis, Model Blended Learning, Google Classroom iv ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the low critical thinking skills of high school students, especially static fluid material for class XI MIPA. The problem to be studied is about the Blended Learning model using Google Classroom on the critical thinking skills of high school students. This research is a quas experiment using a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study amounted to 134 students of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Semaka. The sample of this study consisted of two classes, namely class XI MIPA 2 as the control class and class XI MIPA 3 as the experimental class which was selected by random sampling. The data collection instrument was in the form of a description test, which consisted of 12 questions. Based on the research that has been done, data shows that there is an effect of the Blended Learning model using Google Classroom on critical thinking skills. This is indicated by a sig of 0.000 which means a significance <0.05 so that H1 is accepted. So that Blended Learning using Google Classroom affects the critical thinking skills of high school students. Keywords: Critical Thinking Skills, Blended Learning Model, Google Classroom
