Abstract

ABSTRAK Peningkatan kinerja karyawan akan membawa kemajuan bagi perusahaan untuk dapat bertahan dalam suatu persaingan lingkungan bisnis yang tidak stabil. Oleh karena itu upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan merupakan tantangan manajemen yang paling serius karena keberhasilan untuk mencapai tujuan dan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan tergantung pada kualitas kinerja karyawan yang ada di dalamnya. Beberapa masalah yang di Alfamart Bernah Kota Bumi pada pegawai Alfamart yaitu faktor motivasi kerja, penurunan semangat dan kegairahan kerja karyawan ini juga bisa terjadi karena kurangnya motivasi kerja baik dalam diri maupun dari luar (lingkungan) yang didapat, sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pegawai Alfamart Bernah Kota Bumi Dalam perspektif Islam?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pegawai Alfamart Bernah Kota Bumi Dalam perspektif Islam. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu berupa analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan sumber data yang digunakan berupa data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyeberan kuesioner. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa Motivasi (X) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Pemberian motivasi kepada karyawan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Motivasi tersebut muncul karena kebutuhan diri. Mulai dari kebutuhan terhadap perekonomian, jaminan ketenangan dan keamanan kerja, hubungan kerja antar pegawai yang menyenangkan, mengembangkan diri dan berkarir, hingga mendapatkan penghargaan. Suatu perusahaan pastinya akan memberikan stimulus untuk merangsang karyawannya berupa motivasi- motivasi kerja agar mendapatkan kinerja yang maksimal. Berdasarkan data analisis diatas bahwa pegawai Alfamart Bernah Kota Bumi dalam bekerja sudah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang ada di dalam Islam. Some of the problems that occur at Alfamart Bernah Kota Bumi among Alfamart employees are work motivation factors, decreased employee morale and work enthusiasm can also occur due to a lack of work motivation both from within oneself and from outside (the environment) obtained, thus affecting employee performance. . The formulation of the problem in this research is how does motivation influence the performance of Alfamart Bernah employees of Bumi City employees from an Islamic perspective? This research aims to determine the influence of motivation on employee performance among Alfamart Bernah employees in Bumi City from an Islamic perspective. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method, namely in the form of simple linear regression analysis with the data source used in the form of primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The conclusion of this research is that Motivation (X) influences employee performance. Providing motivation to employees can improve employee performance. This motivation arises from one's own needs. Starting from economic needs, guaranteeing peace and job security, pleasant working relationships between employees, personal and career development, to getting awards. A company will of course provide a stimulus to stimulate its employees in the form of work motivation to obtain maximum performance. Based on the data analysis above, Alfamart Bernah Bumi City employees work in accordance with the values contained in Islam. Keywords: Employee Motivation and Performance
