Abstract

ABSTRAK Objek Wisata Wira Garden Bandar Lampung masih menghadapi permasalahan dalam penyampaian informasi, promosi, serta proses reservasi yang dilakukan secara manual melalui media sosial dan WhatsApp sehingga belum terintegrasi, berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan verifikasi transaksi, dan fake booking. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Pariwisata Berbasis Web sebagai media promosi dan reservasi yang mampu menyajikan informasi destinasi secara terstruktur serta mendukung proses reservasi dan pembayaran digital. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D), sedangkan pengembangan sistem menerapkan metode Scrum. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, serta terintegrasi dengan payment gateway Midtrans. Implementasi sistem menghasilkan fitur registrasi dan login pengguna, penyajian informasi wisata, galeri, reservasi kunjungan, pembayaran digital, pengelolaan data destinasi, fasilitas, reservasi, serta laporan bagi admin. Pengujian Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%, sehingga seluruh skenario pengujian dinyatakan valid. Pengujian User Acceptance Testing (UAT) memperoleh nilai 88% pada admin dan 86,4% pada pengunjung dengan rata-rata 87,2%, yang seluruhnya termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional, mudah digunakan, dan diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi yang dikembangkan berhasil mencapai tujuan penelitian, yaitu menyediakan media promosi digital dan layanan reservasi berbasis web yang terintegrasi sehingga mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan informasi, reservasi, dan pembayaran digital pada Objek Wisata Wira Garden Bandar Lampung. ABSTRACT Wira Garden Tourist Attraction in Bandar Lampung faces challenges in providing tourism information, promotion, and reservation services, as these processes are still conducted manually through social media and WhatsApp without an integrated system. This condition may lead to recording errors, delays in transaction verification, and fake bookings. This study aims to design and develop a web-based tourism information system that serves as a promotional medium and reservation platform capable of providing structured tourism information while supporting online reservations and digital payments. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method, while the system development process adopted the Scrum methodology. The system was developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway. The implemented system provides features including user registration and login, tourism information, gallery, online reservations, digital payments, destination management, facility management, reservation management, and reporting for administrators. The Black Box Testing results indicated that all system features functioned as intended with a 100% success rate, demonstrating that every test scenario was valid and met the specified functional requirements. The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results showed a score of 88% from the administrator and 86.4% from visitors, with an overall average of 87.2%, all categorized as Very Good. These findings indicate that the system fulfills functional requirements, is easy to use, and has been well accepted by users. Therefore, the developed information system successfully achieved the research objectives by providing an integrated web-based platform for digital tourism promotion and reservation services, thereby improving the effectiveness of information management, reservation processes, and digital payment services at Wira Garden Tourist Attraction, Bandar Lampung.
