Abstract

ABSTRAK Bullying merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi di lingkungan sekolah dan dapat memberikan dampak psikologis terhadap peserta didik. Dampak psikologis tersebut dapat terlihat dari rendahnya kepercayaan diri, kurangnya kemampuan berinteraksi sosial, rendahnya keberanian berbicara, serta rendahnya penerimaan diri pada peserta didik korban bullying. Masih terdapat peserta didik yang menjadi korban bullying di SMP N 3 Martapura Sumatera Selatan sehingga diperlukan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama sebagai upaya membantu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Konseling kelompok merupakan layanan bantuan yang memanfaatkan dinamika kelompok untuk membantu peserta didik memahami dan mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi, sedangkan teknik sosiodrama merupakan teknik bermain peran yang digunakan untuk membantu peserta didik memahami situasi sosial, mengekspresikan perasaan, serta mengembangkan perilaku positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama terhadap peserta didik korban bullying di SMP N 3 Martapura Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu (quasi experimental design) dan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 6 peserta didik kelas VIII SMP N 3 Martapura Sumatera Selatan yang teridentifikasi sebagai korban bullying. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dampak psikologis korban bullying yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dengan bantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) karena data penelitian tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberikan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama, seluruh peserta didik berada pada kategori rendah dengan jumlah skor sebesar 156 dan rata-rata 26. Setelah diberikan layanan, terjadi peningkatan kondisi psikologis peserta didik yang ditunjukkan dengan jumlah skor sebesar 394 dan rata-rata 65,6, dimana empat peserta didik berada iii pada kategori tinggi dan dua peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test memperoleh nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,027 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,027 < 0,05), sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peserta didik korban bullying di SMP N 3 Martapura Sumatera Selatan. Layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama terbukti mampu membantu peserta didik meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, keberanian dalam berinteraksi sosial, serta mengurangi dampak psikologis yang dialami akibat perilaku bullying. ABSTRACT Bullying is a common problem in school settings and can have psychological effects on students. These psychological effects can be seen in low self-confidence, poor social interaction skills, reluctance to speak up, and low self-acceptance among students who are victims of bullying. There are still students who are victims of bullying at SMP N 3 Martapura in South Sumatra, so group counseling services using sociodrama techniques are needed as an effort to help overcome this problem. Group counseling is a support service that utilizes group dynamics to help students understand and overcome the problems they face, while sociodrama is a role-playing technique used to help students understand social situations, express feelings, and develop positive behaviors. This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling services using sociodrama techniques on students who are victims of bullying at SMP N 3 Martapura in South Sumatra. This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi- experimental design and a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study subjects consisted of 6 eighth-grade students at SMP N 3 Martapura in South Sumatra who were identified as victims of bullying. Data were collected using a questionnaire on the psychological impact of bullying, which was administered before and after group counseling sessions using sociodrama techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with the assistance of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program because the research data were not normally distributed. The results of the study indicate that prior to receiving group counseling using sociodrama techniques, all students were in the low category, with a total score of 156 and an average of 26. After receiving the intervention, there was an improvement in the students’ psychological condition, as evidenced by a total score of 394 and an average of 65.6, with four students in the high category and two in the moderate category. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test yielded an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.027, which is less than 0.05 (0.027< 0.05); therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Based on these v results, it can be concluded that group counseling services using the sociodrama technique have a significant effect on students who are victims of bullying at SMP N 3 Martapura, South Sumatra. Group counseling services using the sociodrama technique have been proven to help students increase their self-confidence and courage in social interactions, as well as reduce the psychological impact experienced as a result of bullying behavior.
