Abstract

ABSTRAK Lingkungan sosial memiliki peranan yang penting dalam kehidupan, baik terhadap pelaksanaan ibadah remaja maupun hal lainnya. Remaja di Desa Batusundung memiliki pelaksanaan ibadah yang berbeda-beda. Ada remaja yang taat melaksanakan ibadah dan ada juga remaja yang tidak melaksanakan ibadah, terutama sholat lima waktu. Dengan demikian yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah gambaran lingkungan sosial remaja, bagaimanakah gambaran pelaksanaan ibadah sholat lima waktu yang dilakukan remaja dan bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan sosial terhadap pelaksanaan ibadah sholat lima waktu yang dilakukan remaja di Gedung Makripat Kecamatan Hulu Sungkai Lampung Utara. Dengan demikian peneliti mengadakan penelitian di Desa Batusundung yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran lingkungan sosial remaja, gambaran pelaksanaan ibadah sholat lima waktu yang dilakukan remaja dan pengaruh lingkungan sosial terhadap pelaksanaan ibadah sholat lima waktu yang dilakukan remaja di Desa Gedung Makripat Kecamatan Hulu Sungkai Lampung Utara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh remaja yang berada di Desa Batusundung yang berjumlah 32 orang, sehingga yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 32 remaja. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Angket bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran lingkungan sosial remaja dan pelaksanaan ibadah remaja. Sebelum instrumen digunakan terlebih dahulu instrumen diuji cobakan untuk melihat tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment, koefisien determinansi, persamaan regresi dan uji regresi linier. Dari hasil perhitungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X terhadap variabel Y. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan sosial terhadap pelaksanaan ibadah remaja khususnya sholat wajib lima waktu di Desa Batu sundung. ABSTRAC The social environment plays a significant role in life, affecting both the religious practices of adolescents and other aspects of their lives. Adolescents in Batusundung Village exhibit varying levels of religious observance; some are diligent in their worship, while others do not perform acts of worship—particularly the five daily prayers. Consequently, the research questions addressed in this study are: what is the nature of the adolescents' social environment; what is the state of their observance of the five daily prayers; and how does the social environment influence the observance of the five daily prayers among adolescents in Gedung Makripat Village, Hulu Sungkai District, North Lampung? Thus, the researcher conducted a study in Batusundung Village aimed at understanding the adolescents' social environment, the extent of their observance of the five daily prayers, and the influence of the social environment on this practice among adolescents in Gedung Makripat Village, Hulu Sungkai District, North Lampung. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach. The population consists of all 32 adolescents in Batusundung Village; consequently, the entire group of 32 adolescents served as the study sample. A questionnaire was used as the research instrument to gather data on the adolescents' social environment and their religious practices. Prior to actual use, the instrument underwent pilot testing to assess its validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques included Product Moment correlation, the coefficient of determination, regression equations, and linear regression testing. The calculation results indicate a significant influence of Variable X on Variable Y. Therefore, the study's hypothesis is accepted: there is a significant influence of the social environment on the religious practices of adolescents—specifically the observance of the five daily prayers—in Batusundung Village.
