Abstract
ABSTRAK Pembelajaran fisika memerlukan visualisasi konsep yang jelas karena banyak materi yang sulit dipahami peserta didik meskipun berkaitan dengan fenomena dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil prapenelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang digunakan pendidik masih didominasi oleh buku teks dan PowerPoint sehingga visualisasi konsep fisika belum tersaji secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan media interaktif menggunakan Scratch, menentukan tingkat kelayakan media yang dikembangkan, serta mengetahui respons pendidik dan peserta didik terhadap media tersebut. Produk akhir penelitian berupa media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan Scratch yang berorientasi pada keterampilan berpikir komputasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri atas tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media interaktif menggunakan Scratch dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE. Kelayakan media interaktif menggunakan Scratch dinyatakan layak digunakan berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 78% dan dinyatakan layak digunakan berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli media dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 82%. Respons pendidik dan peserta didik terhadap media interaktif menggunakan Scratch menunjukkan kategori sangat menarik. Respons pendidik memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 92%, sedangkan respons peserta didik memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 85%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media interaktif menggunakan Scratch berorientasi pada keterampilan berpikir komputasi peserta didik yang dikembangkan sangat layak dan sangat menarik digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran serta dapat mendukung keterampilan berpikir komputasi peserta didik. ABSTRACT Physics learning requires clear concept visualization because many topics are difficult for students to understand, even though they are closely related to phenomena encountered in everyday life. Preliminary research findings indicated that the learning media used by teachers were still dominated by textbooks and PowerPoint presentations, resulting in less optimal visualization of physics concepts. This study aimed to examine the process of developing interactive learning media using Scratch, determine the feasibility of the developed media, and investigate teachers’ and students’ responses to the media. The final product of this study was Scratchbased interactive learning media oriented toward students’ computational thinking skills. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results of the study indicate that the interactive learning media was developed using Scratch based on the ADDIE model. The feasibility of the Scratch-based interactive media was classified as feasible for implementation based on the material expert validation results, with an average score of 78%, and feasible based on the media expert validation results, with an average score of 82%. The responses of teachers and students toward the Scratch-based interactive media were categorized as highly attractive. Teacher responses achieved an average score of 92%, while student responses obtained an average score of 85%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Scratch-based interactive media oriented toward students’ computational thinking skills is highly feasible and highly attractive for use in the learning process. Furthermore, the developed media has the potential to support and enhance students’ computational thinking skills.
