Abstract

ABSTRAK Globalisasi seringkali difahami sebagai suatu kekuatan rekayasa yang memengaruhi tata kehidupan dunia secara menyeluruh. Pengaruh globalisasi merambah keseluruhan dunia dan menjamah setiap aspek kehidupan tanpa mengenal batas. Dengan pengaruh globalisasi tersebut, maka tidak heran jika perilaku atau akhlak manusia cenderung menurun, hal ini sebagai bukti bahwa manusia diciptakan oleh Allah SWT dalam dua dimensi jiwa. Ia memiliki akhlak, potensi, orientasi, dan kecenderungan yang sama untuk melakukan hal-hal yang positif dan negatif. Ditengah kondisi krisis nilai akhlak, barangkali Madrasah Aliyah merupakan alternatif yang perlu dikaji dan dijadikan contoh pembinaan dan peningkatan akhlak serta dalam pembentukan kepribadian para santri. Fokus penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah tentang Optimalisasi Fungsi Manajemen Dalam Membina Akhlak Santri Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Madrasah Aliyah Al Hikmah, Guru telah berperan dalam membina akhlak santri hal ini dilihat dari tindakan yang dilakukan oleh para guru seperti metode-metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Pembelajaran Memberikan Nasehat, Pembelajaran Kitab Akhlaq Lil Banin, Keteladanan, Memberikan sanksi kepada Santri atas pelanggaran tata tertib di sekolah, Memahami karakter Santri, Melalui Pembiasaan, Melalui Paksaan, Melalui Keteladanan. Metode tersebut dilakukan untuk menamkan nilai-nilai moral serta etika bersosial baik dalam lingkungan Pondok Pesantren maupun masyarakat. Namun, upaya ini belum sepenuhnya optimal. Hal tersebut dikarenakan masih adanya santri yang melakukan perbuatan yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan dengan nilai ajaran Islam. Berdasarkan pada hasil pengumpulan dan analisis data dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Agar Pembinaan Akhlak Santri Di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikmah Dapat Berjalan Optimal Maka Kepala sekolah, Guru Aqidah akhlak Dan guru guru yang lainnya di Madrasah Aliyah Al Hikmah agar menjalankan program program yang ada di madrasah aliyah al-hikmah Bandar Lampung ini Dengan menggunakan fungsi fungsi yang ada di dalam manajemen agar proses pembinaan akhlak santri di madrasah aliyah al-hikmah bandar lampung bisa berjalan dengan optimalisasi Dan dengan metode yang berbeda seperti Metode Gathering. Kata Kunci : Optimalisasi Fungsi Manajemen Dan pembinaan Akhlak Santri. ABSTRACT Globalization is often understood as an engineering force that influences the overall order of world life. The influence of globalization penetrates the entire world and touches every aspect of life without knowing borders. With the influence of globalization, it is not surprising that human behavior or morals tend to decline, this is proof that humans were created by Allah SWT in two dimensions of the soul. He has the same morals, potential, orientation and tendency to do positive and negative things. In the midst of a crisis in moral values, perhaps Madrasah Aliyah is an alternative that needs to be studied and used as an example of developing and improving morals as well as in forming the personality of the students. The focus of research in this thesis is on Optimizing the Management Function in Fostering Santri Morals Based on the results of research at Madrasah Aliyah Al Hikmah, teachers have played a role in fostering student morals, this can be seen from the actions taken by teachers such as the methods used, namely the Learning method Providing Advice, Learning the Book of Morals Lil Banin, Example, Providing sanctions to Santri for violations of rules of procedure at school, Understanding the character of Santri, Through Habituation, Through Coercion, Through Exemplary. This method is used to instill moral values and social ethics in both Islamic boarding schools and the community. However, this effort is not yet completely optimal. This is because there are still students who carry out actions that are not in accordance with regulations with the values of Islamic teachings. Based on the results of data collection and analysis, it can be concluded that so that the development of student morals at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikmah can run optimally, the principal, Moral Aqidah teachers and other teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Al Hikmah to carry out the program program at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung by using the functions contained in management so that the process of developing student morals at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung can run smoothly optimization And with different methods such as Gathering Method.
