Abstract

ABSTRAK Zakat produktif merupakan instrumen pemberdayaan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif yang didukung oleh Badan Amil Zakat Nasional. Program zakat produktif berhenti sejak tahun 2022 dikarenakan berakhirnya program dan pendampingan usaha belum optimal. Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana dampak bantuan zakat terhadap pengembangan ekonomi kreatif dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam di BAZNAS dan bagaimana perspektif ekonomi islam terhadap dampak zakat produktif dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak bantuan zakat terhadap pengembangan ekonomi kreatif dalam perspektif ekonomi islam di BAZNAS dan untuk mengetahui perspektif ekonomi islam terhadap dampak zakat produktif dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode field reseach (Lapangan) Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari mustahiq ekonomi kreatif yang menerima Bantuan Dana Zakat di BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung pada tahun 2020-2022. Data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh dari sumber yang telah ada seperti buku, dokumen dan sumber lain. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini berupa metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data deskriptif dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dampak bantuan zakat terhadap pengembangan ekonomi kreatif dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam di BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung memberikan dampak langsung terhadap peningkatan kreativitas, inovasi, dan kemampuan mustahiq dalam mengembangkan usaha yang mereka jalankan dan selaras dengan teori Ekonomi Kreatif John Howkins bahwa kreativitas, ide, dan inovasi merupakan faktor kunci yang memberikan nilai tambah ekonomi. Perspektif ekonomi Islam terhadap dampak zakat produktif dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam. Zakat produktif membantu menjaga kelangsungan usaha, dan mencapai taraf hidup lebih baik serta ketercapaian tujuan maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, khususnya ḥifẓ al-māl (perlindungan harta), ḥifẓ al-nafs (perlindungan jiwa), dan ḥifẓ al-‘aql (perlindungan akal). ABSTRACT Productive zakat is an empowerment instrument for encouraging creative economic growth, supported by the National Zakat Agency. The productive zakat program has been discontinued since 2022 due to the program's termination and suboptimal business mentoring. The research questions are: What is the impact of zakat assistance on the development of the creative economy from an Islamic economic perspective at National Agency for Zakat and National Agency for Zakat. The research aims to determine the impact of zakat assistance on the development of the creative economy from an Islamic economic perspective at BAZNAS and to determine the Islamic economic perspective on the impact of productive zakat on the development of the creative economy at BAZNAS (National Agency for Zakat and National Agency for Zakat) in Bandar Lampung City. This study employed a qualitative research method using field research. The data sources used were primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly from creative economy recipients who received zakat assistance from BAZNAS in Bandar Lampung City from 2020 to 2022. Secondary data is data obtained from existing sources such as books, documents, and other sources. The data collection methods for this study included interviews, observation, and documentation. The descriptive data analysis techniques used in this study included data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and data verification. The results of this study demonstrate that the impact of zakat assistance on the development of the creative economy from an Islamic economic perspective at the National Agency for Zakat and Zakat Management in Bandar Lampung City directly increases creativity, innovation, and the ability of recipients of Zakat (mustahiq) to develop their businesses. This aligns with John Howkins' Creative Economy theory, which states that creativity, ideas, and innovation are key factors in providing added economic value. The Islamic economic perspective on the impact of productive zakat on the development of the creative economy at BAZNAS in Bandar Lampung City aligns with Islamic economic principles. Productive zakat helps maintain business continuity, achieve a better standard of living, and achieve the goals of the maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah (the principles of Islamic law), particularly the protection of wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl), the protection of the soul (ḥifẓ al nafs), and the protection of the mind (ḥifẓ al-‘aql).
