Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengetahuan Investasi, Persepsi Return, dan Motivasi Investasi terhadap Minat Investasi emas melalui aplikasi dompet digital DANA pada Generasi Z di Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang memenuhi kriteria. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengetahuan Investasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investas, Persepsi Return juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, yang menandakan bahwa pandangan mengenai keuntungan yang stabil mendorong minat investasi emas digital. Selain itu, Motivasi Investasi turut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi, di mana dorongan psikologis dan tujuan finansial mendorong konsistensi perilaku investasi. Dalam perspektif Behavioral Finance, ketiga variabel ini menunjukkan kontribusi psikologis, persepsi risiko, dan kepercayaan individu terhadap instrumen investasi. Selanjutnya, dalam perspektif bisnis Islam, investasi emas digital melalui platform yang transparan dan bebas unsur spekulasi dianggap halal serta dapat menjaga keberkahan harta. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the influence of Investment Knowledge, Return Perception, and Investment Motivation on the Interest in Gold Investment through the DANA digital wallet application among Generation Z in Bandar Lampung. The research applied a quantitative approach using a survey technique, distributing questionnaires to respondents who met the predetermined criteria. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings indicate that Investment Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on investment interest. Return Perception also shows a positive and significant influence, suggesting that the expectation of stable returns encourages interest in digital gold investment. In addition, Investment Motivation positively and significantly affects investment interest, where psychological drivers and financial goals strengthen consistent investment behavior. From the perspective of Behavioral Finance, these three variables reflect the roles of psychological factors, risk perception, and individual trust in investment instruments. Furthermore, within the framework of Islamic business principles, digital gold investment conducted through transparent platforms and free from speculative elements is considered permissible and supports the preservation of wealth.
