Abstract

ABSTRAK Perselingkuhan dalam konteks ajaran Islam, perselingkuhan sering diidentikkan dengan zina, yaitu hubungan seksual yang dilakukan di luar ikatan pernikahan yang sah. Islam memandang zina sebagai pelanggaran berat terhadap norma agama dan nilai-nilai moral yang dijunjung tinggi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana praktik perselingkuhan atas izin suami yang terjadi di Kecamatan Teluk Betung Utara Kota Bandar Lampung?, Bagaimana perspektif Hukum Islam tentang perselingkuhan istri yang diizinkan suami?.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana praktik atau kejadian asli dari perselingkuhan istri yang diizinkan oleh suami dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perspektif hukum islam tentang perselingkuhan yang diizinkan suami atas dasar pemenuhan nafkah dalam rumah tangga. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif yang berbentuk deskriptif karena data yang terkumpul dan disajikan dalam bentuk kata verbal bukan dalam bentuk angka. Kemudian sifat penelitian ini yaitu bersifat deskriftif analitis yakni suatu metode dalam meneliti suatu objek yang bertujuan membuat deskripsi, gambaran atau lukisan secara sistematis dan objektif, mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat, ciriciri serta hubungan di antara unsur-unsur yang ada atau fenomena. Praktik perselingkuhan istri atas izin suami di Kelurahan Kupang Teba di latar belakangi ketidakmampuan suami memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Suami memberi izin istri untuk berselingkuh dengan beberapa laki-laki dengan tujuan agar istri mendapatkan uang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Kehidupan rumah tangga ini sering diwarnai percekcokan, seperti istri sibuk bermain media sosial dengan beberapa pria lain teman selingkuhannya dan ketidakharmonisan ini juga dipicu suami sering bermain judi online. Ditinjau dari hukum islam tentang perselingkuhan atas izin suami yang terjadi di daerah Teluk Betung Utara Kota Bandar Lampung hukumnya haram. ABSTRACT In the context of Islamic teachings, adultery is often equated with zina, namely sexual relations conducted outside of a legal marriage. Islam views zina as a serious violation of religious norms and moral values upheld in social life. The formulation of the problem in this study is How is the practice of adultery with the permission of the husband occurring in the North Teluk Betung District of Bandar Lampung City?,What is the perspective of Islamic law on the infidelity of wives permitted by husbands? This study aims to determine and analyze the actual practice or incident of infidelity of wives permitted by husbands and to determine and analyze the perspective of Islamic law on infidelity permitted by husbands on the basis of fulfilling household needs. This research is included in qualitative research in the form of descriptive because the data collected and presented in verbal form rather than in numerical form. Then the nature of this research is descriptive analytical, namely a method in examining an object that aims to create a systematic and objective description, picture or painting of the facts, properties, characteristics and relationships between existing elements or phenomena. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Law has not been properly addressed. In Islamic law, it is also clear that it is haram because it is usually accompanied by adultery or close to adultery. The affair that occurred in Kupang Teba, Teluk Betung based on the available data is clearly not there is hope to live in harmony again in the household. This is indicated by other suspicions, such as from an intimate relationship with another couple, one of the married couples doing things such as gambling, to conflicts over economic problems. Therefore, it is important to hold additional community counseling and guidance programs by the Religious Court as an effort to prevent the occurrence of many divorces caused mainly due to infidelity. Likewise, the role of the village head and local religious leaders so that there are more studies or socialization of wajb about adultery and infidelity in the community that have become rampant as the cause of divorce, so as to be a provision in navigating the ark of the Islamic household.
