Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu bentuk pariwisata yang semakin mendapat perhatian adalah agrowisata (agrotourism), yang menggabungkan sektor pertanian dengan pariwisata guna memberikan nilai tambah bagi masyarakat dan ekonomi lokal. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : Apakah agrotourism development berpengaruh terhadap visitor attraction, Apakah supporting facilities berpengaruh terhadap visitor attraction, Apakah agrotourism development berpengaruh terhadap service quality, Apakah service quality mampu memediasi hubungan antara agrotourism development dan visitor attraction, Apakah service quality mampu memediasi hubungan antara supporting facilities dan visitor attraction, dan Bagaimana pengaruh agrotourism development dan supporting factilities terhadap visitor attraction dengan service quality dalam perspektif bisnis Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada pengunjung Kebun Raya ITERA. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 91 responden. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner berbasis Google Form, Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM menggunakan Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Agrotourism Development tidak berpengaruh terhadap Visitor Attraction. Supporting Facilities berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Visitor Attraction. Agrotourism Development berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Service Quality. Supporting Facilities berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Service Quality. Service Quality tidak memediasi hubungan antara Agrotourism Development dan Visitor Attraction. Service Quality memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara Supporting Facilities dan Visitor Attraction. Pengelolaan Kebun Raya ITERA dalam perspektif bisnis Islam mencerminkan nilai amanah, ihsan, keadilan, dan maslahah. Pengembangan agrowisata dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat serta lingkungan, bukan semata untuk keuntungan. ABSTRACT One form of tourism that is gaining increasing attention is agrotourism, which combines the agricultural sector with tourism to provide added value for communities and the local economy. One of the developing agrotourism destinations in Indonesia, particularly in Lampung, is the Botanical Garden of the Sumatra Institute of Technology (ITERA), which is designed as a center for conservation, education, and recreation based on biodiversity. The research problems in this study are: Does agrotourism development influence visitor attraction? Do supporting facilities influence visitor attraction? Does agrotourism development influence service quality? Is service quality able to mediate the relationship between agrotourism development and visitor attraction? Is service quality able to mediate the relationship between supporting facilities and visitor attraction? And how do agrotourism development and supporting facilities affect visitor attraction through service quality in the perspective of Islamic business? This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on visitors of the ITERA Botanical Garden. The sample consisted of 91 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS 4. The results of the study show that Agrotourism Development does not affect Visitor Attraction. Supporting Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Visitor Attraction. Agrotourism Development has a positive and significant effect on Service Quality. Supporting Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Service Quality. Service Quality does not mediate the relationship between Agrotourism Development and Visitor Attraction. Service Quality significantly mediates the relationship between Supporting Facilities and Visitor Attraction. The management of the ITERA Botanical Garden from an Islamic business perspective reflects the values of trustworthiness (amanah), excellence (ihsan), justice (adl), and public benefit (maslahah). Agrotourism development is carried out sustainably and benefits both the community and the environment, not merely for profit.
