Abstract

ABSTRAK Jual beli sudah menjadi suatu hal yang penting dalam kehidupan, dengan adanya jual beli, masyarakat mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Permasalahan di lapangan adalah pengurangan jumlah pada saat pembelian komoditas segar salah satunya pete. berangkat dari fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan, di mana sebagian petani atau penjual pete melakukan pengurangan jumlah isi per ikat tanpa pemberitahuan kepada pembeli, sehingga menimbulkan ketidaksesuaian antara kesepakatan awal dan jumlah aktual barang yang diterima. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana pengurangan jumlah pada jual beli pete di Pasar Way Batu Kecamatan Pesisir Tengah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat? Bagaimana tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap pengurangan jumlah pada jual beli pete di Pasar Way Baru Kecamatan Pesisir Tengah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat? Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan jawaban dari rumusan masalah yang terdapat dalam penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder dengan prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Metode pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode pemeriksaan data dan sistematisasi data. Analisa data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dalam tiga langkah yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Praktik pengurangan jumlah pada jual beli pete di Pasar Way Batu Kecamatan Pesisir Tengah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian antara kesepakatan akad dengan pelaksanaan transaksi di lapangan, yang terdapat tindak kecurangan dari petani atau penjual. Tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap pengurangan jumlah pada jual beli pete di Pasar Way Batu Kecamatan Pesisir Tengah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat, dimana tindakan pengurangan yang terjadi tergolong perbuatan yang tidak sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip muamalah islam dan Allah SWT melarang keras perbuatan semacam ini. Pengurangan jumlah tanpa pengetahuan pembeli mengandung unsur tadlis (penipuan), melanggar prinsip-prinsip dalam hukum islam. ABSTRACT Buying and selling has become an important thing in life, with the existence of buying and selling, people are able to meet their needs. The problem in the field is the reduction in the number when purchsing fresh commodities, one of which is pete. starting from the phenomenon that occurs in the field, where some farmers or pete sellers reduce the number of contents per bundle without notifying the buyer, thus causing a discrepancy between the initial agreement and the actual number of goods received. The formulation of the problem of this research is: How is the reduction in the number of pete sales at Way Batu Market, Pesisir Tengah District, Pesisir Barat Regency? How is the review of sharia economic law regarding the reduction in the number of pete sales at Way Baru Market, Pesisir Tengah District, Pesisir Barat Regency? The purpose of this research is to find answers to the problem formulation contained in the research. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The data sources were obtained from primary and secondary data, with data collection procedures using interviews and observations. The data processing method employed data examination and systematization. Data analysis employed qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, in three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusions. Based on the research results, the practice of reducing the quantity of pete sales at Way Batu Market, Pesisir Tengah District, Pesisir Barat Regency shows a discrepancy between the agreement and the implementation of transactions in the field, which involves fraudulent acts from farmers or sellers. A review of Islamic economic law on reducing the quantity of pete sales at Way Batu Market, Pesisir Tengah District, Pesisir Barat Regency, where the reduction action that occurs is classified as an act that is not in accordance with the principles of Islamic muamalah and Allah SWT strictly forbids this kind of act. Reducing the quantity without the buyer's knowledge contains elements of tadlis (fraud), violating the principles of Islamic law.
