Abstract

Abstrak Tingkat pendidikan diyakini memengaruhi stabilitas rumah tangga, artinya Semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan seseorang, semakin luas wawasan dan pengetahuannya tentang kehidupan, sehingga risiko perceraian relatif lebih rendah. Namun, pendidikan yang tinggi juga bisa menjadi jembatan terjadinya perceraian, maka dari itu penelitian ini akan menganalisis perkara perceraian pengadilan Nomor 2054/Pdt.G/2025/PA.Tnk tentang cerai talak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, Berdasarkan aspek bentuk putusan nomor 2054/Pdt.G/2025/PA.Tnk telah memenuhi seluruh komponen struktural yang dipersyaratkan yang memuat Identitas para pihak berperkara, Kronologi Perkara, Pembuktian dan pertimbangan hakim, Amar putusan. Jenis putusannya merupakan putusan verstek. Dalam pertimbangan hakim mengabulkan permohonan pemohon dengan menjatuhkan talak Raj’i Abstrak The level of education is believed to influence household stability, meaning that the higher a person's level of education, the broader their insight and knowledge about life, so the risk of divorce is relatively lower. However, higher education can also be a bridge to divorce, therefore this study will look at the divorce case of the court Number 2054 / Pdt.G / 2025 / PA.Tnk regarding divorce by talaq. This study uses a normative legal method with descriptive data. Based on the aspect of the form of the decision number 2054 / Pdt.G / 2025 / PA.Tnk has fulfilled all the required structural components which include the Identity of the parties to the case, Chronology of the Case, Evidence and considerations of the judge, Decision. The type of2 decision is a default decision. In its consideration, the judge granted the applicant's request by issuing a Raj'i divorce.
