Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji secara mendalam bagaimana konektivitas infrastruktur berpengaruh terhadap dinamika pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kinerja sektor pariwisata di Provinsi Lampung periode 2015–2024, dengan menjadikan perspektif ekonomi Islam sebagai landasan analitis utama. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari statistik resmi BPS, Dinas PUPR, dan Dinas Pariwisata Lampung, yang kemudian diolah melalui pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan model Vector Autoregressif, meliputi tahapan pengujian lag optimal, stabilitas model, kausalitas Granger. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian berada dalam kondisi stabil dengan lag optimal 2. Nilai koefisien pengaruh konektivitas infrastruktur terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi bersifat positif signifikan, sedangkan terhadap sektor wisata bernilai positif dan ttidak signifikan. Ditinjau dari kacamata ekonomi Islam, temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya mengintegrasikan pembangunan infrastruktur fisik dengan penguatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan tata kelola berbasis maqashid al-shariah antara lain keadilan sosial, kemaslahatan umat, dan pelestarian lingkungan untuk merespons ketimpangan distribusi manfaat. Dengan demikian, berbeda dari studi konvensional, penelitian ini menawarkan pendekatan normatif-empiris yang menghubungkan kinerja infrastruktur dengan nilai-nilai syariah guna merumuskan rekomendasi kebijakan pembangunan regional Lampung yang lebih inklusif, berkelanjutan, dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan jangka panjang ABSTRACK This study examines in depth how infrastructure connectivity affects economic growth dynamics and tourism sector performance in Lampung Province for the period 2015–2024, using Islamic economics as the main analytical framework. The data used is sourced from official statistics from the Central Statistics Agency, the Public Works and Public Housing Agency, and the Lampung Tourism Agency, which is then processed through a quantitative approach using a Vector Autoregressive model, including stages of optimal lag testing, model stability, and Granger causality. The estimation results show that the research model is stable with an optimal lag of 2. The coefficient value of the influence of infrastructure connectivity on economic growth is significantly positive, while on the tourism sector, it is positive but not significant. From an Islamic economic perspective, these findings emphasize the importance of integrating physical infrastructure development with strengthening human resource quality and governance based on maqashid al-shariah, including social justice, public welfare, and environmental preservation to respond to the imbalance in the distribution of benefits. Thus, unlike conventional studies, this research offers a normative-empirical approach that links infrastructure performance with sharia values to formulate recommendations for regional development policies in Lampung that are more inclusive, sustainable, and oriented towards long-term welfare.
