Abstract

ABSTRAK Website Ma’had UIN Raden Intan Lampung merupakan salah satu media informasi dan layanan akademik yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa dan civitas akademika. Namun, efektivitas sebuah website tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kelengkapan informasi, melainkan juga oleh tingkat kemudahan penggunaan (usability) dan pengalaman pengguna (user experience). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat usability dan user experience pada Website Ma’had UIN Raden Intan Lampung menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna website Ma’had UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Pengukuran usability dilakukan menggunakan SUS yang menghasilkan skor untuk menilai tingkat kemudahan dan kenyamanan penggunaan sistem, sedangkan pengukuran user experience dilakukan menggunakan UEQ yang mencakup enam skala penilaian, yaitu Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, dan Novelty. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat usability website berada pada kategori baik berdasarkan skor SUS, sementara hasil UEQ menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar aspek pengalaman pengguna berada pada kategori positif. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan, terutama pada tampilan antarmuka dan efisiensi navigasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi dan rekomendasi bagi pengelola website Ma’had UIN Raden Intan Lampung dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan digital yang lebih optimal dan berorientasi pada pengguna. However, the effectiveness of a website is not only determined by the completeness of its information, but also by its level of usability and user experience. This study aims to analyze the usability and user experience of the Ma’had UIN Raden Intan Lampung website using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). This research employs a quantitative research method with data collection conducted through questionnaires distributed to users of the Ma’had UIN Raden Intan Lampung website. Usability measurement is carried out using the SUS method to obtain a usability score that reflects the ease of use and user satisfaction, while user experience measurement is conducted using the UEQ, which consists of six evaluation scales: Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. The results of the study indicate that the usability level of the website is categorized as good based on the SUS score, while the UEQ results show that most user experience aspects fall into the positive category. Nevertheless, several aspects still require improvement, particularly in terms of interface design and navigation efficiency. This study is expected to provide evaluation material and recommendations for the management of the Ma’had UIN Raden Intan Lampung website in order to enhance the quality of digital services that are more user-centered and effective.
