Abstract
ABSTRACT The development of digital financial technology encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt to non-cash payment systems such as QRIS. However, its utilization has not been optimal due to differences in users’ perceptions of ease of use, usefulness, and self-efficacy. This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Self-Efficacy on the use of QRIS from the perspective of Islamic business among MSME actors in Bandar Lampung. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents determined through the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25 software. The results show that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have a positive and significant effect on QRIS usage, while Self-Efficacy has a positive but not significant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables have a positive and significant effect on QRIS usage with an adjusted R² value of 0.679. From the Islamic business perspective, the use of QRIS aligns with the principles of justice, convenience, and transparent transaction recording as recommended in the Qur’an (Surah Al-Baqarah: 282). Therefore, positive perceptions of usefulness, ease of use, and selfefficacy can encourage optimal QRIS adoption among MSMEs, supporting efficient and Sharia-compliant digital transactions.
