Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi geografis berbasis web guna memetakan lokasi Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) di Provinsi Lampung. Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah belum adanya sistem terintegrasi yang menyajikan informasi spasial mengenai LKS secara digital, sehingga data yang ada masih berupa dokumen manual atau file non-spasial yang sulit diakses oleh masyarakat maupun petugas Dinas Sosial. Hal ini menyebabkan keterbatasan dalam pencarian informasi, monitoring, serta distribusi bantuan sosial. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Prototype. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan teknologi Leaflet.js untuk menampilkan peta dalam sistem dan juga Google Maps untuk menampilkan rute menuju lokasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi geografis yang dibangun mampu menampilkan lokasi LKS dalam bentuk digital yang interaktif, menyediakan informasi dasar lembaga yang mempermudah Dinas Sosial Provinsi Lampung dalam monitoring dan masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan rata-rata skor SUS sebesar 86,9 yang termasuk grade A (Excellent). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat kegunaan yang sangat baik. ABSTRACT This research aims to design and develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to map the locations of Social Welfare Institutions (LKS) in Lampung Province. The problem faced at present is the absence of an integrated system that presents spatial information about LKS in digital form, so that the existing data still consists of manual documents or non-spatial files that are difficult to access by the public and Social Service officers. This condition causes limitations in information retrieval, monitoring, and the distribution of social assistance. The data collection methods used include interviews, dokumentation, and literature study. The system development method applied is the Prototype method. The system was built using Leaflet.js technology to display maps in the system and Google Maps to display routes to locations. The results of the research show that the developed Geographic Information System is able to display the locations of LKS in an interactive digital form, providing basic institutional information that facilitates the Lampung Provincial Social Service in monitoring and helps the public in accessing information. The test results show an average SUS score of 86.9, which falls into grade A (Excellent). This indicates that the system has a very high level of usability.
