Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena fluktuasi jumlah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Bandar Lampung serta tantangan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha dalam mempertahankan keberlangsungan usahanya. Permasalahan tersebut muncul karena masih rendahnya karakteristik kewirausahaan, pertumbuhan usaha yang belum stabil, dan pengaruh lingkungan eksternal yang belum sepenuhnya mendukung aktivitas bisnis. Dalam perspektif etika bisnis Islam, kondisi ini menunjukkan pentingnya penerapan nilai-nilai amanah, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab dalam praktik usaha agar tercapai keberlanjutan bisnis yang berkeadilan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan model regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Karakteristik Wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberlangsungan Usaha, ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,215 > 1,661) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel Pertumbuhan Usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,215 > 1,661) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Selanjutnya, variabel Lingkungan Eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberlangsungan Usaha, dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (2,074 > 1,661) dan signifikansi 0,041 < 0,05. Uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara bersamasama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha dengan nilai F hitung 186,721 > F tabel 2,70 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. ABSTRACT This study is motivated by the fluctuating number of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Lampung City and the challenges faced by business actors in maintaining business sustainability. These issues arise due to the relatively low entrepreneurial characteristics, unstable business growth, and an external environment that has not fully supported business activities. From the perspective of Islamic business ethics, this condition highlights the importance of applying values such as trustworthiness (amanah), honesty, and responsibility in business practices to achieve sustainable and equitable business operations. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative type of study. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The sample consisted of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive and significant effect on business sustainability, as indicated by the value of t count > t table (4.215 > 1.661) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Business growth also has a positive and significant effect, with t count > t table (4.215 > 1.661) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the external environment has a positive and significant effect on business sustainability, with t count > t table (2.074 > 1.661) and a significance value of 0.041 < 0.05. The simultaneous F-test results show that the three independent variables collectively have a significant effect on business sustainability, as evidenced by F count (186.721) > F table (2.70) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
