Abstract

ABSTRAK Sistem retur penjualan merupakan sistem yang digunakan oleh suatu perusahaan, dimana barang yang sudah dibeli bisa untuk dikembalikan apabila mengalami kecacatan atau tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem retur dalam jual beli pakaian thrifting ONLINE di Lione Fashion Pakaian Thrifting Lampung Tengah. Fokus penelitian ini mencakup prosedur retur, kebijakan retur, serta bagaimana sistem retur ini diimplementasikan dalam proses transaksi jual beli. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengaitkan sistem retur tersebut dengan konsep-konsep dalam akad jual beli yang sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah. Adapun rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini ialah Bagaimana praktik sistem retur dalam jual beli pakaian thrifting di Lione Fashion Pakaian Thrifting Online Lampung Tengah? Bagaimana tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap praktik sistem retur dalam jual beli pakaian thrifting di Lione Fashion Pakaian Thrifting Online Lampung Tengah? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara mendalam untuk memahami mekanisme sistem retur yang diterapkan oleh Lione Fashion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem retur yang diterapkan oleh Lione Fashion masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti kurangnya prosedur yang jelas dan kurang optimalnya komunikasi dengan konsumen terkait kebijakan retur. Dari perspektif akad dalam ekonomi syariah, praktik retur ini dapat dianalisis melalui konsep khiyar aib, yaitu hak bagi pembeli untuk membatalkan transaksi jika barang yang dibeli terbukti cacat atau tidak sesuai dengan kesepakatan. Selain itu, retur juga dapat diterima apabila terdapat ketidaksempurnaan yang menyebabkan tidak sahnya akad dalam jual beli tersebut, seperti penipuan atau ketidaksesuaian informasi yang diberikan oleh penjual. Dalam penerapannya, Lione Fashion perlu mengadopsi prosedur retur yang lebih transparan dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip akad dalam fiqh muamalah, sehingga dapat memberikan keadilan bagi kedua belah pihak, baik penjual maupun pembeli. Dengan adanya perbaikan dalam sistem retur ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dan menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis pakaian thrifting yang dijalankan oleh Lione Fashion. Kata Kunci: Sistem Retur, Akad, Khiyar Aib. iii ABSTRACT The sales return system is a system used by a company, where purchased goods can be returned if they are defective or not as expected. This study aims to analyze the return system in the sale and purchase of thrifting clothes ONLINE at Lione Fashion Thrifting Clothing Pakaian, Central Lampung. The focus of this study includes return procedures, return policies, and how this return system is implemented in the sale and purchase transaction process. In addition, this study also links the return system with concepts in the sale and purchase agreement that are in accordance with the principles of Islamic economics. This study is intended to answer the following questions. How is the practice of the return system in the sale and purchase of thrifting clothes at Lione Fashion Thrifting Clothing Pakaian, Central Lampung? How is the review of Islamic economic law on the practice of the return system in the sale and purchase of thrifting clothes at Lione Fashion Thrifting Clothing Pakaian, Central Lampung? The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed in depth to understand the mechanism of the return system applied by Lione Fashion. The results of the study show that the return system implemented by Lione Fashion still faces several obstacles, such as the lack of clear procedures and less than optimal communication with consumers regarding the return policy. From the perspective of the contract in Islamic economics, this return practice can be analyzed through the concept of khiyar aib, which is the right for the buyer to cancel the transaction if the purchased goods are proven to be defective or not in accordance with the agreement. In addition, returns can also be accepted if there are imperfections that cause the contract in the sale and purchase to be invalid, such as fraud or inconsistency of the information provided by the seller. In its implementation, Lione Fashion needs to adopt a more transparent return procedure and in accordance with the principles of the contract in fiqh muamalah, so that it can provide justice for both parties, both sellers and buyers. With the improvement in this return system, it is expected to increase consumer satisfaction and maintain the sustainability of the thrifting clothing business run by Lione Fashion. words: Return System, Contract, Khiyar Aib.
