Abstract

ABSTRAK PELAKSANAAN PENDIDIKAN POLITIK OLEH DPD PARTAI KEADILAN SEJAHTERA (PKS) KABUPATEN LAMPUNG UTARA Oleh: Muhamad Fikri Renaldi Pelaksanaan pendidikan politik tidak lepas dari berbagai tantangan, salah satunya adalah kurangnya minat masyarakat dan generasi muda untuk mengikuti kegiatan politik. Keberhasilan PKS di Lampung Utara ditentukan dari proses kaderisasi dan pendidikan politik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan politik serta kendala dan upaya dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan politik oleh DPD Partai Keadilan Sejahtera Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research. Sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan langsung melalui informan yaitu pengurus DPD PKS Lampung Utara yaitu sebanyak 12 narasumber. Laporan penelitian ini berisi uraian naratif dan kutipan langsung dari hasil wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles and Huberman, yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Bahwa tahapan pelaksanaan pendidikan politik oleh DPD PKS Kabupaten Lampung Utara dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan berjenjang melalui program pembinaan, pelatihan, dan pendidikan di Unit Pembinaan Anggota (UPA). Program ini telah berhasil memperkuat struktur internal partai, meningkatkan kualitas kader, dan mendorong peningkatan partisipasi politik masyarakat, khususnya dalam konteks pemilu. Sementara itu, dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan politik, DPD PKS menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan dana, kurangnya sumber daya pelatih, dan rendahnya minat masyarakat terhadap kegiatan politik. Meski demikian, upaya strategis telah dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, seperti optimalisasi peran kader, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, serta kolaborasi dengan lembaga dan tokoh eksternal. The success of PKS in North Lampung is determined by the process of cadre formation and political education. The purpose of this study is to determine the stages in the implementation of political education as well as the obstacles and efforts in the implementation of political education by the DPD of the Prosperous Justice Party of North Lampung Regency. This type of research is field research. The nature of this research is qualitative descriptive. The data sources used are primary data obtained directly from informants, namely the administrators of DPD PKS North Lampung, totaling 12 informants. This research report contains narrative descriptions and direct quotes from the interview results. The data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The stages of the implementation of political education by the DPD PKS of North Lampung Regency are carried out systematically and in stages through coaching, training, and education programs at the Member Development Unit (UPA). This program has succeeded in strengthening the internal structure of the party, improving the quality of cadres, and encouraging increased political participation of the community, especially in the context of elections. Meanwhile, in implementing political education, the PKS DPD faces various obstacles such as limited funds, lack of training resources, and low public interest in political activities. However, strategic efforts have been made to overcome these obstacles, such as optimizing the role of cadres, utilizing digital technology, and collaborating with external institutions and figures.
