Abstract

ABSTRAK Oleh Reza Veriani Analisis dampak lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Alam Lampung Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak dari lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Alam Lampung. Salah satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar peserta didik adalah lingkungan sekolah. Seseorang yang memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi terhadap suatu mata pelajaran, maka bisa dilihat dari bagaimana cara mengikutinya. Baik secara aktif ataupun pasif. Fokus penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah pada dampak lingkungan sekolah untuk dapatt meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Alam Lampung. Tujuan pengetahuan ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja pengaruh dari lingkungan sekolah terhdap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Alam Lampung. Jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian lapangan (fiel researh) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumen tasi. Teknik analisis data bersifat deskriptif yaitu dengan cara reduktif, deskriptif data, penarikan kesimpulan data-data yang telah dikumpulkan lalu diuji dengan ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan baha adanya beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar di kelas terutama ketika sedang pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam yaitu diantara seperti faktor internal dan eksternal. Adanya faktor internal ini terletak didalam diri sendiri. Baik kebutuhan fisik maupun psikis, persepsi individu mengenai diri sendiri yang mendorong dan mengarahkan perilaku seseorang untuk bertindak, harga diri dan prestasi, dan cita-cita dan harapan masa depan, keinginan untuk maju, minat dan kepuasan kinerja. Faktor eksternal berasal dari yang dimana faktor eksternal ini seperti orang tua, lingkungan sekolah, lingkungan pertemanan yang sangat berpengaruh dalam memotivasi siswa untuk belajar. Kata kunci : Lingkungan sekolah, motivasi belajar peserta didik ii ABSTRACK This study analyzes the impact of the schol environment on the learning motivation of class VIII student at SMP Alam Lampung. One of the things that can affect students learning motivation is the school environment. Someone who has high learning motivation for a subject can be seen from ho they follow it. Either actively or passively. The focus of the research in this study is on the impact of the school environment to improve the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Alam Lampung. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the influences of the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Alam Lampung. The type of reseach is field research using descriptive methods. This research is a descritive qualitative research. The data collection instruments technique uses interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive, namely by means of redutive, deskriptive data, drawing conclusions from the data sources in this study are primary data soures and secondary data sources. The result of this study indicate the there ar several factors hat can influence learning motivation in class, especially when studying science, namely internal and external factors. The existence of theses internal factors lies within oneself. Both physical and psycologycal needs, individual perceptions of oneself that drive and direct a person’s behavior to act, self esteem and achievement, and ideals and hopes for the future, the desire to progress, interests and performance satisfaction. External factors come from external factors such as parents, school environment, friendship environment which are very influential in motivation students to learn.
