Abstract

ABSTRAK Proses pendaftaran pada klinik keluarga sehat masih menggunakan sistem manual, hal ini menyebabkan proses layanan menjadi kurang efektif. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dikembangkan sistem informasi yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan pasien dalam melakukan pendafataran pada klinik dan juga melihat berbagai informasi yang ada pada klinik seperti jadwal dokter, ketersediaan pelayanan dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pendafaran klinik sebagai solusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi. Website dirancang untuk mempercepat proses pendaftaran, meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, serta memberikan kemudahan akses bagi masyarakat dalam mengakses berbagai layanan dari klinik. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode R&D, yang memungkinkan proses pembangunan dilakukan secara terstruktur dan bertahap. Perancangan sistem mencakup pembuatan diagram Flowchart, Use Case, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram, Diagram Squence dan Diagram Class untuk menggambarkan alur kerja dan integrasi komponen sistem secara menyeluruh. Antarmuka pengguna juga dirancang agar intuitif dan mudah digunakan oleh semua user/pasien. Website ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL yang mampu mengelola data secara efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendafaran klinik berbasis website ini mampu meningkatkan kecepatan, kemudahan, dan efisiensi dalam proses pelayanan pada klinik keluarga sehat, serta mendukung penyebaran informasi jadwal dan ketersediaan dokter lebih optimal. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses pendaftaran dan juga informasi pada klinik keluarga sehat dapat berjalan dengan lebih efektif dan terstruktur dan tak lupa memberikan pengalaman yang lebih mudah bagi pasien. ABTRACT The registration process at the Klinik Keluarga Sehat still uses a manual system, resulting in ineffective service delivery. To address this issue, an information system was developed to simplify patient registration and access various clinic information, such as doctor schedules, service availability, and more. This research aims to design and build a clinic registration information system as a solution to improve efficiency. The website is designed to expedite the registration process, improve data management efficiency, and provide easy access for the public to various clinic services. The system was developed using the R&D method, which allows for a structured and phased development process. The system design included the creation of flowcharts, use cases, class diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams to illustrate the workflow and the overall integration of system components. The user interface was also designed to be intuitive and easy to use for all users/patients. Website was built using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database, which effectively manages data. The research results indicate that this website-based clinic registration system can improve the speed, ease, and efficiency of the service process at Klinik Keluarga Sehat, while also supporting the optimal dissemination of information on doctor schedules and availability. With this system, it is hoped that the registration and information processes at klinik keluarga sehat will be more effective and structured, while also providing a more convenient experience for patients.
