The objective of this research is to analyze and synthesize existing academic work focusing on the sexual satisfaction of females who have received a breast cancer diagnosis. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, adhering strictly to the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) protocol. An exhaustive search through various interconnected databases was carried out to locate pertinent studies published over the span of 2019 to 2024. The final analysis comprised thirteen 2 studies, which together included 1,324 participants. The findings consistently indicated that women diagnosed with breast cancer generally report reduced levels of sexual satisfaction. Only one study reported moderately satisfactory outcomes, while none reported satisfactory or highly satisfactory levels. This review emphasizes the important consequences for designing intervention programs focused on improving sexual fulfillment ofwomen diagnosed with breast cancer.
