Abstract

ABSTRAK Pola asuh orang tua berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter anak terutama karakter tanggung jawab. Setiap keluarga memiliki pola asuh yang berbeda yang diterapkan pada anak. Cara orang tua mendidik dan mengasuh anak akan memengaruhi karakter anak. Karakter tanggung jawab menjadi dasar pembentukan karakter yang membuat anak siap dalam menjalani kehidupan sosial, sehingga anak mampu menerima kosekuensi dari tindakannya, belajar mengerjakan tugas sendiri dan merawat barang miliknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap karakter tanggung jawab anak usia dini di RA Nurul Huda Adiwarno, Kecamatan Batanghari Lampung Timur. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini “apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan pola asuh orang tua terhadap karakter tanggung jawab anak usia dini di RA Nurul Huda Desa Adiwarno Kecamatan Batanghari Lampung Timur?”. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh orang tua peserta didik RA Nurul Huda Desa Adiwarno berjumlah 34 siswa. Sample yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data ini, dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Analisis prasyarat yang dilakukan untuk menghitung normalitas dan uji linieritas. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah menggunakan Uji t menggunkan uji regresi linier sederhana dan uji derterminasi (r2). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Pola asuh orang tua memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap karakter tanggung Jawab Anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Nurul Huda. Hasil hipotesis yang diajukan pada penelitian ini yaitu Pola asuh orang tua dan signifikan terhadap karakter tanggung Jawab anak Usia 5-6 tahun. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Pola Asuh Orang Tua Terhadap Karakter Tanggung Jawab Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di Raudotul Athfal (RA) Nurul Huda Desa Adiwarno Batanghari Lampung Timur. Pengujian juga diperkuat dengan dilihat besarnya nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) dimana besarnya yakni 0.244 artinya pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap karakter tanggung jawab anak usia 5-6 tahun 24.4% sisanya (75.6%) dipengaruhi faktor lain yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini. ABSTRACT Parenting styles influence the formation of children's character, especially the character of responsibility. Each family has a different parenting style that is applied to their children. The way parents educate and nurture their children will affect the children's character. The character of responsibility becomes the foundation for character development that prepares children to engage in social life, enabling them to accept the consequences of their actions, learn to do their own tasks, and take care of their belongings. The purpose of this research is to determine how much influence parenting styles have on the character of responsibility in early childhood at RA Nurul Huda Adiwarno in Batanghari, East Lampung. The problem formulation in this research is, 'Is there a significant influence of parenting styles on the character of responsibility in early childhood at RA Nurul Huda in Adiwarno Village, Batanghari, East Lampung?'. This research uses a quantitative method. The population used in this study consists of all the students of RA Nurul Huda in Adiwarno Village, totaling 34 students. The sampling method used in this study is saturated sampling, meaning the entire population is used as the sample. The techniques for data collection include interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis technique for this research utilizes Microsoft Excel and SPSS Version 25.0 for Windows. Preliminary analysis is conducted to calculate normality and linearity tests. The t-test uses simple linear regression and the coefficient of determination (r2). The results of this study indicate that the parenting style variable has a positive and significant influence on the responsibility character of children aged 5-6 years at RA Nurul Huda. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that parenting style is significant to the responsibility character of children aged 5-6 years. This shows that there is an influence of parenting style on the responsibility character of children aged 5-6 years at Raudotul Athfal (RA) Nurul Huda, Adiwarno Village, Batanghari, East Lampung. The testing is also supported by examining the size of the coefficient of determination (R Square) where the value is 0.244, meaning that the influence of parenting style on the responsibility character of children aged 5-6 years is 24.4%, while the remaining 75.6% is influenced by other factors.
