Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh para pegawai yang merasa tidak termotivasi baik dari lingkungan kerja yang tidak mendukung, kemudian kurangnya keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan tugas dengan baik. Beberapa beban kerja yang terlalu tinggi, hal ini menyebabkan pegawai menjadi stres dan kelelahan dan berdampak negative pada kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perdagangan Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Tacit Knowledeg, Self-Efficacy, dan Emotional Intelligence Terhadap Job Performance Pada Pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Kota Bandar Lampung, serta melihat bagaimana Tacit Knowledeg, Self-Efficacy, dan Emotional Intelligence Terhadap Job Performance dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data yang dilakukan dengan cara survei dan sebuah kuesioner berbentuk googleform. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu para pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Perdagangan Kota Bandar Lampung dengan lama bekerja minimal 1 tahun bekerja. Kemudian sampel penelitian ini ialah sebanyak 77 responden dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu non-probability dengan teknik sampling jenuh, dan menggunakan alat analisis SEM (Structural equation modeling) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan hasil olah data yang didapatkan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tacit knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance. Kemudian selfefficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance Emotional intelligence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance. Terakhir dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam kinerja pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Kota Bandar Lampung menerapkan prinsip Islam sesuai ajaran Rasulullah SAW ABSTRACT This research was motivated by employees who felt unmotivated, both due to an unsupportive work environment and a lack of the skills necessary to complete tasks effectively. Some workloads were excessive, leading to stress and fatigue, negatively impacting employee performance at the Bandar Lampung City Trade Office. This study aims to examine the Influence of Tacit Knowledge, Self-Efficacy, and Emotional Intelligence on Job Performance in Bandar Lampung City Trade Office Employees, and to see how Tacit Knowledge, SelfEfficacy, and Emotional Intelligence on Job Performance in the Perspective of Islamic Economics This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey and a Google Form questionnaire. The population in this study were employees working at the Bandar Lampung City Trade Office with a minimum of 1 year of service. Then, the sample of this study was 77 respondents using a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique, and using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis tools using Partial Least Square (PLS) and data processing results obtained using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that tacit knowledge has a positive and significant effect on job performance. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job performance, while emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on job performance. Finally, from an Islamic economic perspective, the performance of employees at the Bandar Lampung City Trade Office applies Islamic principles in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
