Abstract

ABSTRAK Social loafing dipahami sebagai kurangnya kontribusi saat bekerja secara kolektif dibandingkan ketika bekerja secara individual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi social loafing dalam konteks kelompok belajar mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA. Data diperoleh dari enam database, yaitu Garuda, Google Scholar, JSTOR, ResearchGate, SpringerLink, dan ScienceDirect, namun yang terinklusi dalam hasil seleksi hanya tiga database, yakni Garuda, Google Scholar, dan ResearchGate. Dalam proses pencarian data, peneliti mencari literatur dengan menggunakan kata kunci “social loafing” or “kemalasan sosial” or “pemalasan sosial”. Kriteria inklusi ditentukan menggunakan framework PCC (Population, Concept, Context), population mahasiswa, concept social loafing, dan context kelompok belajar mahasiswa yang terindikasi melakukan social loafing. Artikel diseleksi berdasarkan duplikasi, tahun terbit (2021–2025), alasan lain (seperti tidak dapat diakses), relevansi topik, dalam teks lengkap, sesuai kriteria inklusi, analisis apakah artikel membahas faktor-faktor social loafing, penilaian kualitas literatur dilakukan berdasarkan akreditasi jurnal minimal Sinta 4 atau internasional serta jumlah sitasi minimal satu. Dari keseluruhan proses seleksi mengerucut pada 14 artikel jurnal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa social loafing dipengaruhi oleh faktor individual dan faktor situasional atau kelompok. Faktor individual mencakup variabel psikologis seperti self-efficacy dan achievement goal orientation. Sementara itu, faktor situasional atau kelompok meliputi group cohesiveness dan online learning seperti masalah koneksi internet dan gangguan digital. ABSTRACT Social loafing is understood as a lack of contribution when working collectively compared to when working individually. This research aims to identify factors that influence social loafing in the context of student study groups. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with PRISMA approach. Data were obtained from six databases, namely Garuda, Google Scholar, JSTOR, ResearchGate, SpringerLink, and ScienceDirect, but only three databases were included in the selection results, namely Garuda, Google Scholar, and ResearchGate. In the data search process, the researcher searched the literature using the keywords “social loafing” or “kemalasan sosial” or “pemalasan sosial”. Inclusion criteria were determined using the PCC (Population, Concept, Context) framework, population students, concept social loafing, and context study groups of students who indicated social loafing. Articles were selected based on duplication, year of publication (2021-2025), other reasons (such as inaccessibility), relevance of the topic, in full text, according to the inclusion criteria, analysis of whether the article discussed social loafing factors, quality assessment of the literature was carried out based on journal accreditation at least Sinta 4 or international and the number of citations at least one. The overall selection process narrowed down to 14 journal articles. The results of the analysis show that social loafing is influenced by individual factors and situational or group factors. Individual factors include psychological variables such as self-efficacy and achievement goal orientation. Meanwhile, situational or group factors include group cohesiveness and online learning such as internet connection problems and digital distractions.
