Abstract

ABSTRAK Pegawai Negeri Sipil merupakan pegawai yang berperan penting dalam menjalankan pemerintahan dan melayani masyarakat, maka dari itu penting bagi mereka untuk memliliki Financial Literacy dan Life Style yang baik dalam Financial Management Behaviournya yang di mediasi oleh Self Control. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Financial Literacy, Life Style, berpengaruh terhadap Financial Management Behaviour dengan Self Control sebagai variabel intervening baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kota Bandar Lampung, serta bagaimana pandangan dalam perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dalam bentuk Google Form kepada PNS di Kota Bandar Lampung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis data PLS (Partial Least Squares) dengan memanfaatkan perangkat lunak SmartPLS Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Financial Literacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap Financial Management Behaviour, sementara Lifestyle juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap Financial Management Behaviour. Sedangkan, Self-Control berpengaruh positif dan 6 signifikan terhadap Financial Management Behaviour. Selain itu, Financial Literacy berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Self- Control dan Lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Self- Control. Di sisi lain, Self-Control mampu memediasi Pengaruh Financial Literacy terhadap Financial Management Behaviour namun berpengaruh negatif. Demikian pula, Self-Control mampu memediasi Pengaruh Lifestyle terhadap Financial Management Behaviour. Penelitiaan ini dilakukan dengan perspektif ekonomi Islam dan fokus pada PNS di Kota Bandar Lampung. Kata kunci: Financial Literacy, Lifestyle, Financial Management Behaviour, dan Self Control. ABSTRACT Civil Servants (Pegawai Negeri Sipil) play a crucial role in implementing government policies and serving the community. Therefore, it is essential for them to possess good Financial Literacy and Lifestyle in their Financial Management Behaviour, which is mediated by Self-Control. The research problem in this study is whether Financial Literacy, Lifestyle, influences Financial Management Behaviour with Self-Control as an intervening variable, both partially and simultaneously, among Civil Servants in Bandar Lampung City, and how it is viewed from an Islamic Economics perspective. This study uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms to Civil Servants in Bandar Lampung City. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis technique with SmartPLS software. The results show that Financial Literacy does not affect Financial Management Behaviour, while Lifestyle also does not affect Financial Management Behaviour. However, Self-Control has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behaviour. Additionally, Financial Literacy has a negative and significant effect on Self- Control, and Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on Self- Control. On the other hand, Self-Control is able to mediate the effect of Financial Literacy on Financial Management Behaviour but has a negative effect. Similarly, Self-Control is able to mediate the effect of Lifestyle on Financial Management Behaviour. This research was 7 conducted from an Islamic Economics perspective and focuses on Civil Servants in Bandar Lampung City.
