Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Accounting Information Systems, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, and Incentives on Employee Performance in the Perspective of Islamic Economics (Study at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Raden Intan). In this study, the author uses a quantitative approach. The selection of samples in this study used purposive sampling technique, which obtained a total of 30 samples. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression which included classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests with stages of f-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study prove that Accounting Information Systems, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, and Incentives partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the PT Tunas Dwipa Matra environment.
