Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang dijalankan oleh PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO) dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat Desa Gunung Agung. Perusahaan sebagai bagian dari lingkungan sosial memiliki tanggung jawab untuk turut serta dalam pembangunan masyarakat, khususnya yang berada di sekitar wilayah operasional. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bentuk program CSR yang dilaksanakan, proses pelaksanaannya, serta dampak yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan bersifat deskriptif. Pendekatan ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berupa informan kunci, informan utama dam informan tambahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas penguatan ekonomi masyarakat, serta pembangunan infrastruktur desa. Program-program tersebut dinilai efektif dalam menjawab sebagian kebutuhan dan tantangan sosial di masyarakat. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis penelitian ini adalah Teori Modal Sosial James Coleman. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi CSR oleh PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat Desa Gunung Agung. Meskipun demikian, perlu adanya penguatan dalam hal keberlanjutan program dan keterlibatan masyarakat secara aktif agar hasil yang dicapai lebih maksimal dan berkelanjutan. Perencanaan yang partisipatif antara perusahaan dan masyarakat menjadi kunci keberhasilan implementasi CSR jangka panjang. Corporate Social Responsibility PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat Desa Gunung Agung yang berbasis pada sosial keagamaan, sosial ekonomi dan sosial lingkungan. Dengan adanya program Corporate Social Responsibility PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk seperti pengelolaan lingkungan, pembangunan infrastruktur desa, pemberdayaan ekonomi dan bantuan dibidang sosial. ABSTRAK This study aims to examine the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program run by PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO) to improve the social welfare of the Gunung Agung Village community. As part of the social environment, the company has a responsibility to participate in community development, especially those surrounding its operational area. This study focuses on the form of the CSR program implemented, its implementation process, and the impact felt by the village community. This study employed a qualitative, descriptive approach. This approach employed a sociological approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study included key informants, primary informants, and additional informants. The results showed that PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk's CSR contributed to improving the quality of education, strengthening the community's economy, and developing village infrastructure. These programs were deemed effective in addressing some of the social needs and challenges in the community. From the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of CSR by PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk has an important role in improving the social welfare of the Gunung Agung Village community. However, there needs to be strengthening in terms of program sustainability and active community involvement so that the results achieved are more optimal and sustainable. Participatory planning between the company and the community is the key to the success of long-term CSR implementation. PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk's Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive impact in improving the social welfare of the Gunung Agung Village community based on socio-religious, socio-economic and socio-environmental. With the existence of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk's Corporate Social Responsibility programs such as environmental management, village infrastructure development, economic empowerment and assistance in the social sector.
