Abstract

ABSTRAK Usaha Micro,Kecil, dan Menengah Evan Jaya Meubel di Desa Jati Baru Kec.Tanjung Bintang Kabupaten Lampung Selatan merupakan perusahaan yang melakukan kegiatan produksi untuk mengolah bahan baku menjadi produk jadi. Pada tahun 2022 biaya produksi dan biaya distribusi meningkat, namun tidak disertai dengan peningkatan pendapatan. Pada tahun 2023 volume penjualan meningkat, namun tidak disertai dengan peningkatan pendapatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya produksi, biaya distribusi dan volume penjualan terhadap pendapatan pada dan Umkm Evan Jaya Meubel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Data informasi menggunakan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah data UMKM Evan Jaya Meubel berbentuk time series terkait biaya produksi, biaya distribusi, volume penjualan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Kriteria dalam pengambilan sampel adalah data biaya produksi, biaya distribusi, data volume penjualan dan data pendapatan UMKM Evan Jaya Meubel tahun 2020-2022. Alat uji analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian secara parsial variabel biaya produksi berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan, dikarenakan tingkat laba yang diperoleh perusahaan dapat ditentukan oleh volume produksi. Hasil pengujian secara parsial variabel biaya distribusi berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan, dikarenakan besarnya biaya distribusi yang dikeluarkan perusahaan mengindikasikan bahwa produk tersalurkan dengan baik dan tersedianya produk di pasaran. Hasil pengujian secara parsial variabel volume penjualan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan, dikarenakan volume penjualan merupakan salah satu hal penting yang harus di evaluasi untuk kemungkinan pedagang agar tidak mengalami kerugian. Hasil pengujian secara simultan variabel biaya produksi, biaya distribusi dan volume penjualan berpengaruh terhadap terhadap variabel Pendapatan. Dalam Islam produksi, distribusi dan penjualan bukanlah hanya sekedar kegiatan menambah nilai guna suatu benda atau menciptakan benda baru dalam memenuhi kebutuhan, tetapi merupakan sebuah hasil penyatuan manusia dengan alam. In 2022, production costs and distribution costs increased, but were not accompanied by an increase in revenue. In 2023, sales volume increased, but was not accompanied by an increase in revenue. This study aims to determine the effect of production costs, distribution costs and sales volume on revenue at MSMEs Evan Jaya Furniture. This study uses a quantitative approach method. Data and information use secondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The population of this study is MSMEs Evan Jaya Meubel data in the form of time series related to production costs, distribution costs, sales volume. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The criteria for sampling are production cost data, distribution costs, sales volume data and income data of MSMEs Evan Jaya Meubel in 2020-2022. The analysis test tool uses multiple regression analysis. Data validity testing uses classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. The partial test results of the production cost variable affect income, because the level of profit obtained by the company can be determined by the volume of production. The partial test results of the distribution cost variable affect income, because the amount of distribution costs incurred by the company indicates that the product is well distributed and the availability of the product on the market. The partial test results of the sales volume variable affect income, because sales volume is one of the important things that must be evaluated for the possibility of traders not experiencing losses. The simultaneous test results of the production cost, distribution cost and sales volume variables affect the Income variable. In Islam, production, distribution and sales are not just activities to add value to an object or create new objects to meet needs, but are a result of the unification of humans with nature.
