Abstract

ABSTRAK Disrupsi teknologi telah membawa perubahan signifikan pada lanskap dunia kerja, sehingga memicu peningkatan kebutuhan akuntan profesional yang adaptif. Institusi pendidikan Islam mempersiapkan mahasiswa akuntansi syariah melalui penguatan keterampilan teknis, kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap teknologi, dan penanaman nilai-nilai Islamic work ethic sebagai pondasi profesionalisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, adaptabilitas, dan Islamic work ethic terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa akuntansi syariah di era disrupsi teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 83 responden, yaitu mahasiswa S-1 Program Studi Akuntansi Syariah, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, UIN Raden Intan Lampung angkatan tahun 2021 dan 2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu SPSS versi 30.0 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 10% (0,10). Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t parsial, kompetensi, adaptabilitas, dan Islamic work ethic masing-masing menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa akuntansi syariah di era disrupsi teknologi. Selanjutnya dari perspektif akuntansi syariah, mahasiswa akuntansi syariah menunjukkan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam, memiliki adaptabilitas yang tinggi, dan menginternalisasi Islamic work ethic, sehingga siap menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja di era disrupsi teknologi dan meraih keridhaan Allah SWT. BSTRACT Technological disruption has brought significant changes to the landscape of the world of work, triggering an increased need for adaptive professional accountants. Islamic educational institutions prepare Islamic accounting students by strengthening technical skills, adaptability to technology, and instilling Islamic work ethic values as a foundation for professionalism. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, adaptability, and Islamic work ethic on the work readiness of sharia accounting students in the era of technological disruption. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires. The research sample was 83 respondents, namely undergraduate students of the Sharia Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Raden Intan Lampung, batches of 2021 and 2022. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression. The analysis tool used was SPSS version 30.0 with a significance level of 10% (0.10). Based on the results of the partial t-test analysis, competence, adaptability, and Islamic work ethic each showed a positive and significant influence on the work readiness of Sharia accounting students in the era of technological disruption. Furthermore from the perspective of sharia accounting, sharia accounting students demonstrate competence that is in accordance with Islamic teachings, have high adaptability, and internalize Islamic work ethic, so that they are ready to face the challenges of the world of work in the era of technological disruption and achieve the pleasure of Allah SWT.
