Abstract

ABSTRAK Fenomena burnout yang terjadi di kalangan pekerja baik itu pegawai perusahaan maupun pekerja lapangan seperti, para kurir ataupun supir terutama supir dibidang ekspedisi kendaraan berat seperti truk sudah banyak ditemukan di berbagai bidang lapangan kerja terutama pada masa pandemi menjadi lebih sulit dengan ketatnya peraturan. Dalam menghadapi permasalahan tersebut, PT. Hasil Trikarya Wijaya berupaya mengobservasi apakah tekanan dan beban kerja yang ada di lingkungan kerja perusahaan dapat berdampak kepada tingkat Produktivitas Perusahaan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah tinggi Burnout dan Beban Kerja yang ada, baik secara parsial dan simultan dapat mempengaruhi tingkat Produktivitas Perusahaan atau justru sebaliknya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kuantitatif Asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang mana data tersebut diperoleh melalui bantuan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Kuesioner tersebut dibagikan secara langsung di lokasi penelitian kepada 63 orang responden yang dipilih dan bersedia dengan menggunakan teknik Accidental. Berdasarkan pengujian data yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa burnout dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas Perusahaan, dengan subjek penelitian diadakan di PT. Hasil Trikarya Wijaya yang bergerak dibidang jasa pengiriman barang ekspedisi. Disertai dengan ditinjau melalui sudut pandangan manajemen islam didapatkan bahwa indikator burnout dan beban kerja mememiliki nilai indikator indeks dalam kategori baik, yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel-variabel yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini telah sejalan dengan pedoman manajemen islam. Kata Kunci: Burnout, Beban Kerja, Produktivitas Perusahaan. ABSTRACT The burnout syndrome that occurs among workers, both company employees and field workers such as couriers nor drivers, especially drivers whome onto heavy vehicle expeditions such as trucks has been found in many fields of work, especially during the pandemic, which is becoming more difficult due to strict regulations. In dealing with these issue, Hasil Trikarya Wijaya Ltd. seek to determinated whether the pressure and workload in the company’s work environment can have an impact on the company’s productivity level. Based on these problems, this study aims to determine whether the high burnout and the existing workload, both partially and simultaneously can affect the company’s productivity level or vice versa. The research method used in this research is the Associative Quantitative Method with the type of field research (Field Research). The type of data used in this study is primary data where the data is obtained through the help of research instruments in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed directly at the research site to 63 respondents who were selected and willing to participated using the Accidental technique. Based on the data testing that has been done, the results obtained are that burnout and workload have a positive and significant effect on the Company's productivity, with the research subjects held at PT. Hasil Trikarya Wijaya which is engaged in the field of expedition goods delivery services. Accompanied with categories from an Islamic management perspective, it was found that the burnout and workload indicators had index indicator values in the good category, which can be concluded that the variables contained in this study are in line with Islamic management field study.
