Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi saat ini, dinamika pasar mengalami perubahan yang signifikan termasuk dalam Islamic economics. Salah satu isu utama yang menjadi perhatian ialah wage dispersion, yang merujuk pada variasi upah yang diterima oleh individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh work experience, productivity, dan working collaboratively terhadap wage dispersion dari perspektif ekonomi islam, dengan fokus pada pekerja Mini Plant Andalas Surya Gemilang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan bagaimana faktor-faktor ini mempengaruhi wage dispersion, dan memberi wawasan tentang prinsip-prinsip Ilamic economics..Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Wage Efficiency Theory. Metode yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 109 pekerja dari Mini Plant Andalas Surya Gemilang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan kuisioner, pengolahan data memakai SmartPLS 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan ini productivity punya pengaruh signifikan terhadap wage dispersion di antara pekerja Mini Plant Andalas Surya Gemilang. Sebaliknya, work experience dan working collaboratively tidak memberi dampak langsung yang substansial terhadap wage dispersion. Namun, kombinasi antara work experience, productivity, dan working collaboratively tetap berkontribusi terhadap wage dispersion. Kata Kunci: Wage Dispersion, Work experience, Productivity, Working Collaboratively ABSTRACT 2 In the current era of globalization and technological advancement, market dynamics have undergone significant changes, including in Islamic economics. One of the main issues of concern is wage dispersion, which refers to the variation in wages received by individuals. This study aims to examine the effect of work experience, productivity, and working collaboratively on wage dispersion from an Islamic economic perspective, focusing on Andalas Surya Gemilang Mini Plant workers. This study aims to determine how these factors affect wage dispersion, and provide insight into the principles of Islamic economics. The theory used in this study is the Wage Efficiency Theory. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach, with a sample size of 109 workers from the Andalas Surya Gemilang Mini Plant calculated using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, data processing using SmartPLS 3. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that productivity has a significant effect on wage dispersion among Andalas Surya Gemilang Mini Plant workers. Conversely, work experience and working collaboratively do not have a substantial direct impact on wage dispersion. However, the combination of work experience, productivity, and working collaboratively still contributes to wage dispersion.
