Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh WorkLife Balance dan Co-Worker Relationship terhadap produktivitas karyawan wanita dalam perspektif Islam, dengan studi pada PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kantor Pusat. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya peran ganda perempuan dalam dunia kerja serta kebutuhan akan hubungan kerja yang harmonis untuk menunjang produktivitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 61 responden wanita. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan wanita dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 2,026 (lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,998) dan nilai p sebesar 0,043 (lebih kecil dari 0,05). Demikian pula, variabel Co-Worker Relationship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan wanita dengan nilai tstatistik sebesar 3,365 dan p-value sebesar 0,001. Adapun nilai koefisien determinasi (R-Square) sebesar 0,917, yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel Work-Life Balance dan Co-Worker Relationship secara bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan variasi produktivitas karyawan wanita sebesar 91,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 8,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian. Kata Kunci: Work-Life Balance, Co-Worker Relationship, Produktivitas, Karyawan Wanita, Islam, Bank Syariah ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of Work-Life Balance and Co-Worker Relationship on the productivity of female employees from an Islamic perspective, with a case study at PT Bank Aceh Syariah Head Office. The background of this research is based on the crucial dual role carried by female employees who must balance work demands with domestic responsibilities, as well as the significance of harmonious coworker relationships in enhancing productivity. This research employs a quantitative associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 61 female employees. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach via SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.2. The results show that the Work-Life Balance variable has a positive and significant effect on female employee productivity, with a t-statistic value of 2.026 (greater than the t-table value of 1.998) and a p-value of 0.043 (less than 0.05). Likewise, the Co-Worker Relationship variable also has a positive and significant effect on female employee productivity, with a t-statistic value of 3.365 and a pvalue of 0.001. The coefficient of determination (R-Square) is 0.917, indicating that Work-Life Balance and Co-Worker Relationship together explain 91.7% of the variation in female employee productivity, while the remaining 8.3% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
