Abstract

ABSTRAK Biaya pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor penunjang dalam kegiatan proses pembelajaran bagi peserta didik dalam menempuh pendidikan.Program KIP diperlukan dalam rangka meningkatkan akses dan kesempatan belajar di perguruan tinggi serta menyiapkan insan indonesia yang cerdas dan kompetitif. Berbagai tuntutan akademis dan non akademis sebagai mahasiswa penerima KIP dapat menjadi sumber tekanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan antara gratitude dan sosial comparison dengan academic well being pada mahasiswa penerima KIP Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik Purposive Samping dengan sampel penelitian Mahasiswa / Mahasiswi Penerima Beasiswa KIP UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Academic Well Being berjumlah 28 aitem (α= 0,898), Skala Persepsi Terhadap Organisasi berjumlah 26 aitem (α= 0,826), Skala Gratitude 13 aitem (α= 0,752) dan Skala Social Comparison 9 aitem (α= 0787). Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan bantuan Software JASP Versi 15.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara gratitude dan social comparison dengan academic well being pada mahasiswa / I penerima beasiswa KIP UIN Raden Intan, dengan nilai koefisien R 0,528 dan nilai F = 43.359 dengan taraf signifikan p<0.01, Selain itu, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara gratitude dengan academic well being pada mahasiswa / I penerima beasiswa KIP UIN Raden Intan Lampung, (r = 0.192 ; p<0.01) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,374 Dan Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara social comprasion dengan academic well being pada mahasiswa / I penerima beasiswa KIP UIN Raden Intan Lampung, (r = 0,415 ; p<0.01) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,499. ii ABSTRACT Education costs are one of the supporting factors in the learning process for students in pursuing education. The KIP program is needed in order to increase access and learning opportunities in higher education and to prepare intelligent and competitive Indonesian people. Various academic and non academic demands as KIP recipient students can be a source of pressure. This study aims to analyze the relationship between gratitude and social comparison with academic well-being in KIP recipient students This study is a quantitative study using the Purposive Samping technique with a sample of KIP Scholarship Recipient Students at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The data collection method used the Academic Well Being Scale totaling 28 items (α = 0.898), the Organization Perception Scale totaling 26 items (α = 0.826), the Gratitude Scale 13 items (α = 0.752) and the Social Comparison Scale 9 items (α = 0787). The analysis technique used in the study was multiple regression analysis using the assistance of JASP Software Version 15.0 for Windows. Based on the test results that have been carried out, it shows that there is a relationship between gratitude and social comparison with academic well being in students receiving KIP UIN Raden Intan scholarships, with a coefficient value of R 0.528 and a value of F = 43.359 with a significant level of p <0.01. In addition, there is a positive and significant relationship between gratitude and academic well being in students receiving KIP UIN Raden Intan Lampung scholarships, (r = 0.192; p <0.01) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.374. And there is a positive and significant relationship between social comparison and academic well being in students receiving KIP UIN Raden Intan Lampung scholarships, (r = 0.415; p <0.01) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.499.
