Abstract

ABSTRAK Berbagai macam tipe atau teknik dalam pembelajaran kooperatif diantaranya adalah tipe Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD). Tipe ini memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk belajar secara tim atau kelompok dan mengukur kemampuannya sendiri secara individu setelah belajar secara tim. Keunggulan tipe STAD dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran kooperatif lain yaitu STAD merupakan pembelajaran kooperatif yang paling sederhana, dan merupakan model yang paling baik untuk permulaan bagi guru yang baru menggunakan pendekatan kooperatif. Penelitian ini termasuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas adalah proses pengkajian masalah pembelajaran di dalam kelas melalui refleksi diri dalam upaya untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut dengan cara melakukan berbagai tindakan yang terencana dalam situasi nyata serta menganalisis setiap pengaruh dari perlakuan tersebut. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas sebagai suatu pencermatan terhadap kegiatan belajar berupa sebuah tindakan, yang sengaja dimunculkan dan terjadi dalam sebuah kelas secara bersama. Metode STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) adalah salah satu model pembelajaran kooperatif yang mudah dan paling sederhana dierapkan oleh guru dan pendidik. Perencanaan pembelajaran yang efektif perlu disiapkan seorang guru agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Perencanaan ini mencakup berbagai kegiatan yang akan dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa, termasuk pemilihan metode, media, dan sumber belajar yang mendukung proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang peneliti lakukan mengenai implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) dalam pembelajaran di Mts Assyifa Lampung Selatan diketahui bahwa penerapan model tersebut berjalan efektif. Sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan yang telah ditetapkan, model pembelajaran ini berhasil menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan kondusif. Siswa merasa senang, tidak mengantuk, menjadi lebih aktif, sehingga tidak bosan dan materi yang diajarkan dapat dipahami dengan baik oleh siswa sehingga hasil belajar menjadi maksimal. Class Action Research is the process of studying in classroom learning problems through self-reflection in an effort to solve them by performing planned actions in real situations and analyzing any influence of the treatment. Class Action Research as an excitement of learning activities in the form of an action, which is deliberately raised and occurs in a class together. The STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) method is one of the simplest and simplest cooperative learning models applied by teachers and educators. Effective learning planning needs to be prepared for a teacher to achieve the learning objectives. This planning includes a wide range of activities that teachers and students will undertake, including the selection of methods, media, and learning resources that support the learning process. Based on the results of the research conducted on the implementation of the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) cooperative learning model in Mts Assyifa Lampung South is known that the implementation of the model is effective. In accordance with the stages set, this learning model successfully creates a fun and conducive learning atmosphere. Students feel happy, do not sleepy, become more active, so that they are not bored and the material taught can be well understood by students so that the learning outcomes become maximum.
