Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi di era digital telah mentransformasi berbagai sektor, termasuk kesehatan. Sistem informasi kesehatan memegang peran penting dalam meningkatkan pelayanan melalui penyediaan data yang efektif dan responsif. Rekam medis merupakan arsip yang menyimpan informasi dan rincian penting mengenai pasien, termasuk identitas, hasil dari wawancara, serta pemeriksaan fisik. Namun, beberapa fasilitas kesehatan, seperti Klinik Praktek Mandiri dr. Leo dan dr. Bunga, masih menggunakan sistem rekam medis manual berbasis dokumen, yang berisiko terhadap kehilangan data dan inefisiensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini bertujuan dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis berbasis website untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. merancang Sistem diuji berdasarkan standar ISO/IEC 25010 dengan lima karakteristik: functional suitability, reliability, usability, performance efficiency, dan security. Validasi dilakukan melalui tiga pendekatan: (1) Uji ahli oleh pakar TI, (2) Uji langsung di klinik, dan (3) Uji pengguna. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan sistem sebesar 97,73%. Simpulan penelitian membuktikan bahwa sistem ini sangat layak dan mampu mengoptimalkan manajemen rekam medis di klinik. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Rekam Medis, Website, Klinik, Extre me Programming. i ABSTRACT The development of technology in the digital era has transformed various sectors, including health. Health information systems play an important role in improving services by providing effective and responsive data. Medical records are records that store important information and details about patients, including identity, results from interviews, and physical examinations. However, some health facilities, such as Dr. Leo and Dr. Bunga's Independent Practice Clinic, still use a document-based manual medical record system, which risks data loss and inefficiency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method, this research aims to design and implement a website-based Medical Record Information System to overcome these obstacles. System development uses the Extreme Programming (XP) method with PHP programming language and MySQL as a database. The system was tested based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard with five characteristics: functional suitability, reliability, usability, performance efficiency, and security. Validation was conducted through three approaches: (1) Expert test by IT experts, (2) Direct test at the clinic, and (3) User test. The evaluation results showed a system feasibility level of 97.73%. The research conclusion proves that this system is very feasible and able to optimize medical record management at the clinic.
