Abstract

ABSTRAK Website Kopertais XV Lampung berperan sebagai sarana penyebaran informasi dan layanan digital bagi Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Swasta (PTKIS) di wilayah Lampung. Namun, antarmuka yang digunakan sebelumnya memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal daya tarik visual, dan tidak sepenuhnya memenuhi prinsip kemudahan penggunaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang ulang tampilan antarmuka website tersebut dengan menggunakan pendekatan Design Thinking. Proses perancangan mencakup lima tahapan utama: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi kebutuhan pengguna, validasi oleh ahli media, serta pengujian kepada 134 responden yang terdiri dari pengguna dan masyarakat umum. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan indikator WebQual yang mencakup aspek usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality. Hasil validasi dari ahli menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan sebesar 95% dalam kategori sangat layak, sementara hasil pengujian pengguna dan masyarakat umum memperoleh skor 90% yang tergolong sangat menarik, menunjukkan bahwa desain yang dihasilkan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna website Kopertais XV Lampung. Kata kunci: Website, Antarmuka, Design Thinking, WebQual. iii ABSTRACK The Kopertais XV Lampung website serves as a platform for disseminating information and providing digital services to Private Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIS) in the Lampung region. However, the previous interface had limitations in terms of visual appeal and did not fully meet usability principles. Therefore, this study aims to redesign the website interface using the Design Thinking approach. The design process involves five key stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The methods used include user needs observation, expert validation, and testing with 134 respondents consisting of internal users and the general public. The evaluation was carried out using WebQual indicators, which cover aspects of usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. Expert validation results indicated a feasibility level of 95%, categorized as highly feasible, while user and public testing resulted in a score of 90%, classified as very appealing. These results indicate that the redesigned interface meets the needs of the Kopertais XV Lampung website users. Keywords: Website, Interface, Design Thinking, WebQual
