Abstract

ABSTRAK Deteksi dini Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 seringkali sulit dilakukan karena gejala awalnya yang tidak spesifik. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, sebuah sistem pakar berbasis web dikembangkan menggunakan metode Case-Based Reasoning (CBR). Sistem yang dibangun dengan PHP dan MySQL ini mensimulasikan penalaran seorang ahli dengan cara mencocokkan gejala yang diinput pengguna terhadap basis data kasus lampau untuk menghitung skor similaritas. Berdasarkan pengujian terhadap 10 kasus yang divalidasi oleh dokter, sistem ini menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 80%. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa sistem memiliki kelayakan sebagai alat bantu identifikasi awal bagi masyarakat umum dan tenaga medis non-spesialis sebelum melakukan konsultasi profesional. To address this issue, a web-based Expert System was developed using the Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method. This system, built with PHP and MySQL, simulates an expert's reasoning by matching user-inputted symptoms against a database of past cases to calculate a similarity score. Based on tests involving 10 cases validated by a doctor, the system demonstrated an accuracy rate of 80%. This result indicates that the system is feasible as a preliminary identification tool for both the general public and non-specialist medical personnel prior to professional consultation.
