Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya sebuah permasalahan rendahnya rasa sosial dari para peserta didik di sekolah. Yang mana terdapat pada beberapa peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Katibung. Behavioral Contract adalah persetujuan dua orang atau lebih (konselor dan konseli) untuk merubah perilaku tertentu pada konseli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan, dan hasil dari layanan konseling kelompok dengan tekhnik Behavioral Contract terhadap kemampuan bersosialisasi peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Katibung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, kasus dari penelitian ini terdiri dari multi kasus. Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII yang terdiri dari 6 subyek dan obyek penelitian adalah Guru BK di SMA Negeri 1 Katibung. Adapun prosedur pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Katibung dapat simpulkan bahwasanya setelah guru bimbingan dan konseling memberikan layanan konseling kelompok pada peserta didik yang mengalami permasalahan mengenai rendahnya sosialisasi pada peserta didik mengalami perubahan kearah yang lebih positif hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan adanya laporan guru mata pelajaran dan wali kelas yang mengatakan bahwa adanya peningkatan kemampuan bersosialisasi pada peserta didik peserta didik sudah menunjukan keaktifan saat dikelas dan peserta didik sudah mampu untuk membangun hubungan yang baik dengan teman sekelasnya, berani untuk tampil. Which is found in several students at SMA Negeri 1 Katibung. A Behavioral Contract is the agreement of two or more people (counselors and counselors) to change certain behaviors in counselors. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation, obstacles and results of group counseling services with the Behavioral Contract technique affect the socialization ability of students at SMA Negeri 1 Katibung. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a case study design, the case of this study consists of multiple cases. The subjects in this study are class XII students consisting of 6 subjects and the object of the research is BK Teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Katibung. The procedure for data collection is using interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the research carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Katibung can be concluded that after the guidance and counseling teacher provides group counseling services to students who experience problems or obstacles regarding the low socialization among students experience a change in a more positive direction, this can be evidenced by the report of subject teachers and homeroom teachers who say that there is an increase in social skills in students. have shown activeness in class and students are able to build good relationships with their classmates, dare to perform.
