ABSTRAK Perilaku verbal bullying merupakan tindakan agresif yang melibatkan penggunaan kata-kata menyakitkan, menghina, atau merendahkan orang lain secara lisan. Perilaku ini tidak hanya berdampak negatif pada korban, seperti menurunnya kesehatan mental dan kepercayaan diri, tetapi juga dapat mempengaruhi pelaku dalam pola interaksi sosialnya. Pada penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tinggi nya perilaku verbal bullying pada peserta didik kelas XI AKL SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling belum pernah melakukan Layanan Konseling Kelompok Teknik Role Playing dalam Mereduksi perilaku verbal bullying tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis evektifitas dan pengaruh nyata dari intervensi konseling kelompok berbasis role playing terhadap penurunan perilaku verbal bullying pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain One Group Pre-test and Post-test. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 8 peserta didik verbal bullying yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket perilaku bullying, observasi, dan wawancara. Hipotesis nol Ho dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor perilaku verbal bullying sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik role playing. Ha terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor verbal bullying sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan tersebut dengan Rata-rata skor perilaku verbal bullying pada peserta didik sebelum layanan konseling dengan teknik role playing adalah 68,3 dan menurun menjadi 31,8 setelah diberikan layanan konseling kelompok teknik role playing. Kemudian dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis yaitu Uji wilcoxon signed-ranks test menggunakan SPSS 25.00 menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,012 karena nilai signifikan < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka ini berarti layanan konseling kelompok teknik role playing berpengaruh signifikan dalam mengurangi perilaku verbal bullying pada peserta didik kelas XI AKL SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Konseling Kelompok, Role Playing, Verbal Bullying iii ABSTRACT Verbal bullying behavior is an aggressive act that involves the use of hurtful, insulting, or degrading words to others verbally. This behavior not only has a negative impact on the victim, such as decreased mental health and self-confidence, but can also affect the perpetrator in their social interaction patterns. This study was motivated by the high level of verbal bullying behavior in class XI AKL students at SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. Guidance and Counseling Teachers have never provided Group Counseling Services with role playing Techniques in Reducing verbal bullying behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness and real influence of role-playing-based group counseling interventions on reducing verbal bullying behavior in students. This study used a quantitative method with a One Group Pre-test and Post test design. The research sample consisted of 8 verbal bullying students who were selected purposively. Data were collected through bullying behavior questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The null hypothesis Ho in this study indicates that there is no significant difference between the verbal bullying behavior scores before and after being given group counseling services with role playing techniques. Ha there is a significant difference between the verbal bullying scores before and after the service was given with the average score of verbal bullying behavior in students before counseling services with role playing techniques was 68.3 and decreased to 31.8 after being given group counseling services with role playing techniques. Then proven by the hypothesis test, namely the Wilcoxon signed-ranks test using SPSS 25.00 showed a significance value (2 tailed) of 0.012 because the significance value <0.05. This shows that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So this means that group counseling services with role playing techniques have a significant effect on reducing verbal bullying behavior in class XI AKL students of SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung.
