Abstract

ABSTRAK Untuk mengetahui beberapa permasalahan yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini maka dirumuskan masalah yaitu: bagaimana mengembangkan moral pada anak usia dini serta bagaimana peran guru PAUD pada anak di TK, Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran guru PAUD Dalam mengembangkan moral pada anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat empiris. Metode penelitian empiris ini menekankan pada hasil observasi di lapangan yang difokuskan pada pemahaman sesuai dengan pengembangan guru PAUD dalam mengembangkan moral anak. Selama prosedur lapangan penelitian difokuskan pada pengumpulan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen serta mengkategorikannya. Hasil penelitian ialah kendala yang paling utama dari lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan rumah atau masyarakat yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku anak khususnya pada perilaku moral anak, sifat dan karakter yang beragam cara anak bersosialisasi tergantung dengan siapa anak itu berteman. Dapat dikatakan bahwa keadaan lingkungan yang ada pada sekeliling anak merupakan hal yang sangat berpengaruh pada perilaku moral yang akan anak tiru. Perilaku teman teman yang baik atau buruk di dalam lingkungan sedikit akan berengaruh dalam perilaku moral anak. Perilaku moral anak inilah yang akan ia bawa kesekolah. Kata kunci: Peran Guru, Moral Anak, TK As-Sidiq ii ABSTRACT To find out some of the problems contained in this study, the problem is formulated, namely: how to develop morals in early childhood and how is the role of PAUD teachers in children in kindergarten, The purpose of this study is to determine the role of PAUD teachers in developing morals in early childhood. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research, a type of empirical field research. This empirical research method emphasizes the results of observations in the field that are focused on understanding in accordance with the development of PAUD teachers in developing children's morals. During the field procedure, the research focused on collecting through interviews, observations, and documents and categorizing them. The results of the study are the most important obstacles from the family environment, home environment or community that can influence children's behavior, especially in children's moral behavior, diverse nature and character, how children socialize depending on who the child is friends with. It can be said that the environmental conditions around the child are very influential on the moral behavior that children will imitate. The behavior of good or bad friends in the environment will have a little influence on the child's moral behavior. This child's moral behavior is what he will bring to school.
