Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal pada peserta didik kelas XI F2 SMA Negeri 2 Padang Cermin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan pribadi sosial dengan teknik Assertive Training dalam meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pre-eksperimental dan desain One Group Pre-test and Post-test design. Karena tidak menggunakan kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket yang dikembangkan berdasarkan enam indikator komunikasi : kejelasan berbicar, penggunaan Bahasa yang tepat, struktur pesan, pemahaman audiens, respon terhadap kesalahpahaman dan komunikasi non-verbal. Sempel penelitian ini berjumlah 10 peserta didik, Teknik sampling yang dugunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sebelum diberikan layanan adalah sebesar 46,5 dan setelah diberikan layanan mengalami peningkatan rata-rata 72,2. Kemudian dibuktikan uji hipotesis yakin Uji Wilcoxon menggunakan SPSS V.27 for windows, maka diperoleh z hitung -2,803 dengan nilai Asymp.sig (2 tailed) sebesar 0,005. Karena nilai signifikansi antara nilai pretest dan posttes. Dengan demikian Hipotesis alternative Ha diterima dan hipotesis Nol HO ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengaruh Bimbingan Pribadi Sosial Dengan Teknik Assertive Training berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik kelas XI F2 SMA Negeri 2 Padang Cermin Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Kata kunci : Bimbingan Pribadi Sosial, Assertive Training, Komunikasi Interpersonal iii ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the low interpersonal communication skills of class XI F2 students at SMA Negeri 2 Padang Cermin. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of personal social guidance with Assertive Training techniques in improving students' interpersonal communication. This research uses a quantitative approach with pre experimental methods and One Group Pre-test and Post-test design. Because it doesn't use a control group. The data collection technique using a questionnaire was developed based on six communication indicators: clarity of speech, use of appropriate language, message structure, audience understanding, response to misunderstandings and non-verbal communication. The sample for this research consisted of 10 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Before the service was provided it was 46.5 and after the service was provided the average increase was 72.2. Then it was proven that the hypothesis test was confirmed by the Wilcoxon test using SPSS V.27 for Windows, so the z count was -2.803 with an Asymp.sig (2-tailed) value of 0.005. Because of the significance value between the pretest and posttest scores. Thus the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted and the null hypothesis HO is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the influence of personal social guidance with assertive training techniques has a significant effect in improving the interpersonal communication of class XI F2 students at SMA Negeri 2 Padang Cermin for the 2024/2025 academic year.
